It took a day or so & a snafu for me to get it right & find a groove that worked for me & the others in the room. Cozy Facility offers 4 beds & two bathrooms, plus access to a full kitchen for cooking & a large gated smoking area out back with plenty of seating. There's gas & convenience store, thrift shop & groceries within walking distance & right around the corner there's even a well-kempt & lovingly-used busy little Federal Government Park with a butterfly motif dedicated in memory of fallen police officer Albert Rea. Overall, the Whole Family bed stay was A GREAT VALUE for a single traveler resting a few days before moving on to other new and exciting places.

I appreciate the clear labels number the bunk, their area for extra storage and, the way the kitchen was organized as well. I loved having my own space in a home that wasn’t mine.

I was confused when I first arrived not understanding there was another door in the back of the house. I also didn’t mind the sleeping situations but I did feel bad for the person I shared a bunk bed with because I felt the whole bed shake and it would be loud when I stepped to get up I felt I was disturbing the other persons sleep. So maybe better quality of beds would be a suggestion. There was also small bugs by the door.

Honestly I didn’t know what to expect with a price this low — I’ve never done residential style hostels or hostels in general before. I was happily surprised by how clean and tidy the place was. It had everything I needed for an overnight stay, clean sheets, towels, and basic utensils in the kitchen.

I liked that it was in the back of the property. Very relaxing and the roommates were very polite, respectful and friendly.

That it was very dirty.

It was a great spot to lay my head while I was transitioning into a more stable living arrangement

It was close to places to get food as well as the Aftershock festival I was attending.

A couple of times I did see roaches in the peace restroom.
