Great breakfast. 30min to everything downtown, La Jolla, airport, etc. but it’s open highway. Clean.

My negative comments should not deter you from staying here—just be aware. Very very thin walls and ceiling. You can hear everything around you so sleep with the tv on or you will hear your neighbor have “fun”. If you leave garbage outside your room it will stay there all day until you ask someone to come get it—even if housekeeping has been on your floor for hours. One guy was cleaning a room and he was reluctant to empty the trash because he said I should have called downstairs and someone else was supposed to do it.

Great breakfast, two beds, ground level room for ease of movement for us and our dog Repairs to bathroom sink and cable Tv were attended to rapidly after each call

Exits to pool area cluttered with cleaning carts, garbage carts and laundry People were smoking by the entrance doors all around building…if it’s a non smoking property…people should have to go further out on property away from building Drain clogged in bathroom sink…was attended to rapidly Cable TV needed to be rebooted..”. “

Diego was at the front desk when I arrived> He gave me a choice of rooms and was very helpful. Held a great conversation on my trip and provided a genuinely warm greeting. When I returned later in the evening he greeted me by my name . 5 star experience thanks to Diego!!!!!

Nothing.. I was pleased.

It was an overall comfortable stay. Particularly appreciated the little corner provided water and snacks.

Nothing basically. But if car service can be provided for say, radius 5 miles, would be wonderful. As there are offices nearby and I enjoyed car services from other hotel in the area before.

The breakfast bar was good, we were missing orange juice though. The eating area was very nice, and the coffee/tea area was away from the food which helped with waiting in line.

My husband and I had issues with people with dogs eating the food from the breakfast bar and putting a plate for them on the floor. Our opinion is dogs need to stay in the room to eat, or sit outside with their pets and eat.

Everything really

Hotel needs to take out some shrubs and dead vegetation in the grass area farthest away from the hotel so that can be where people take their dogs to urinate. Right now, dogs are going in the grass right next to the hotel. The area farther away would be better, but it’s almost inaccessible.

Location and parking were great. it had all the amenities you could need. my dog was happy and safe and enjoyed the room with me as well as the spacious pet lawn. the bed and pillows were comfortable and there were no issues. all the staff members we encountered during our stay were kind, helpful and overall awesome.

Amazing how quiet it was... Very relaxing and very clean. The staff was amazing! The breakfast and seating areas were wonderful. A variety of choices for breakfast and all very well displayed! Not the typical hotel setup.

How dated it was. And AC in the room was LOUD!

The hot breakfast was amazing, I liked how it changed everyday. I liked the pool and hottub.

No room service unless you asked

I had to do inform the front desk three times about an opened 15lbs bag of dog food that was left in my room.
