The location in Little Italy was very convenient for attending the conference at the Convention Center and being close to great (mainly Italian obviously) food options.

Although there was a sign that they are not cleaning the rooms except on request I had the impression they randomly did “something” - like one day making the bed, another day changing towels but not cleaning the bathroom, another day taking away the towel without replacing it (there was still a spare one). I also had an issue at the gym for which I had the impression nobody bothered to trying to solve it. And one day we didn’t have water and didn’t receive any feedback from the reception what they are doing about it.

I would to give a shout out to Heather and all of the Porto Vista team. Heather made my birthday the most amazing day ever. I was due to go back home on the day of my birthday and my flight got canceled after we had already checked out. She got us another room booked with an upgrade and a little gift. After the day we had dealing with the airport and canceled flight.... It turned what started out to be a horrible birthday and two and exceptional one. We stayed here before but this was definitely the best stay we've ever had here. Thank you so much! Heather for making my day so special.

Excellent view from our balcony! East to walk to everything in little Italy. Easy quick breakfast to start your day. Easy in and out Valet parking.

The floor in are room was vinyl plank flooring, it need to be clean better in between stays because are feet got dirty just walking on it. That was our only down side. More attention to cleanliness in the rooms in general would be a good idea. I had to wipe down my hair dryer because it was kind of sticky. Also, the bed is on the firm side, which was not as comfortable for us.

Great location, walking distance to downtown little Italy with amazing food spots! The service was great and the room was clean. Street parking was fairly easy to find with a little driving around and the rooftop bar was very cute.

I did feel like the “pool” was a little deceiving. The picture makes it seem large but it’s actually a small hot tub or “spool.” I also felt like the towels could have been a little nicer. I did not ask for replacements so I’m sure they would have provided if asked, but the edges were pretty tattered.

Rooftop pool and seating for view, very clean place, amenities weren’t too crazy the hair dryer wasn’t working but nice bedding. Thick walls very quiet, smoke free and fresh smelling, staff was nice.

Would’ve been nice to have complementary water in the fridge. Staff was helpful, but short and too busy to answer some of my questions, also valet parking was $45 not included and basically mandatory upon stay because parking was scarce around the location.

Great location. Close to food options, and coffee. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Awesome on-site restaurant with a good happy hour (Photos were taken as we were checking out.)

Everything was great. Only little things were the elevator was slow and there was only one, and parking is only valet and was $45, even as a guest of the hotel. Be nice if it was less or there was a discount for guest.

I like the hotel was in the middle of places we were going.

maintenance took forever to come to our room. the fridge wasn’t working. the tv controller was missing the back cover for the batteries. the access point to the internet had a bright blue light coming from it and a light would flash throughout the night from it. not a lot of people can sleep with lights in their rooms. there was dirty spots in the room. there was just so many little things about this place that were wrong or inconvenient that my boyfriend and I will never be coming back to Porto vista.

The reception staff is ok, some better than others. Overall a better hospital lift would be in place, few knew or could recommend good restaurants in the area or closest hop on hop off buss stop. Valet parking is very bad, the moves and damaged the car, and failed to inform us about it.

That they only clean rooms and change bedding every 4 days...when asked after day 2, they assured us they would change bedding but did not until day 4. That's pretty sad in my opinion. Beds were okay, kinda too firm for my back and pillows also too firm ...I have cervical spine issues.
