convenient location & helpful staff

the price we paid seemed higher than when we booke. we were told that this was because there was a cruise ship in and the hotel was full. as we booked months in advance didn’t consider this was fair.

Great location, Sandiego is a beautiful City to explore, and it was short walk to the Waterfront, train station and also Little Italy which was just awesome. Also pretty close to the Baseball Stadium. The rooms probably need a bit of refurbishing not the nicest we have stayed in but still clean and comfy beds. The Breakfast in a bag was great, just enough to keep you going till lunch & a variety to choose from which was included in our booking price, we also loved having access to the coffee machine in foyer, which was delicious & the hot chocolate too. Nicer than Starbucks ...it was nice bonus as good coffe hard t find in the USA Easy check in & check out. Helpful staff. A nice pool area

Everything was good

The grab and go breakfast is very practical. We would pick it up at night and didn't worry about going downstairs. When we wanted more tea, no restrictions. There was enough parking - I counted 30 sports on the last level, total of 3 levels. My niece enjoyed the jacuzzi and gym. The price on booking is total (hotel plus city tax) but parking not included. The hotel is VERY walking distance to Little Italy and ocean, and safe neighborhood. I went with my niece - felt safe.

Parking is $22/night, found out after making the reservation - but it was worth it. The lobby needs some remodeling if that's what you worry about - I really didn't care. It was clean.

The location was great, and staff were all super friendly and helpful. Every interaction we had at the front desk was great and we were within walking distance of tons of great bars and restaurants. Our room also had a great view of the bay! Breakfast was decent, with plenty of options - and I was a big fan of the nescafe machine in the lobby that could be used at any time. The pool was also a nice option and we definitely made use of the hot tub. Overall a great experience! I would not think twice about coming back.

The only problem we encountered, was that the treadmill in the exercise room was out of order. Not a huge problem, as there was a gym up the street that let us use their facilities for free (YMMV).

Excellent location, walking distance to Little Italy and the harbour. Easy drive to Balboa District. Friendly, helpful staff . Easy onsite parking at $22 a night . Breakfast was 3 options collected at any time of the day and popped in the room fridge , great idea . Great pool in a court yard .

Great location, 3 blocks to train, little Italy, 5 to the marina tourist area. Our room looked at the start of India at the maritime museum. Comfy beds, high powered hair dryer was a plus. Queit with the balcony door closed.

Grab n go Breakfastis meh. Mostly pre packaged things. Coffee in lobby was decent and available all day. Our a/c went out one evening and wasn't repaired until the next day, eskeptical with the balcony door kitten that night. they did discount the room rate accordingly for the inconvenience.

Location was great, very close to little Italy and the Embarcadero. Very close to the bus stop to visit the zoo. Our room was very large and comfortable. Bathroom not large, but shower was powerful, and towels were thick and fluffy.

Breakfast is still a grab and go bag. Very disappointing. We were told housekeeping only made up our room every 3 days. Couldn’t help but think that they were just taking advantage of old covid protocols as a way to save money. Otherwise a very nice hotel. I would visit again and recommend.

Perfect location to visit San Diego. Next to Little Italy area, there are plenty of cool restaurants and bars around. There is a complementray to-go breakfast included, nothing special but always appreciated and convenient. You can easily walk around the city starting from the hotel. Including the parking fee, still a very reasonable price for the location. Room was clean.

Parking is excluded and costs 22 dollars per day (however it is the standard in San Diego). It is known before arriving so not a surprise, however needs to be considered if you are planning your budget.

Excellent location for sightseeing and using the public transport system which got us to all the places we had aimed to visit. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the harbour/waterside. The room was clean with balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool and spa tub were well maintained and we enjoyed a dip or two despite it being November. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

The only downside was Breakfast bag options were limited for anyone staying more than a few days.
