The hot breakfast was perfect and had many options and dietary needs to pick from. The location was awesome near a marina type bay and a short walk to restaurants on the water. It was easy to find a spot to sit and watch fireworks.

The hotel didn’t have ice machines, but the front desk staff provided a bag from the kitchen to keep in our freezer.

Excellent location, friendly staff, nice size and comfortable rooms. Price per night is decent but parking is rather expensive. The real breakfast they serve in the morning is to look forward to. This is our go to place when visiting San Diego!

Some towels were not washed and one of them even had a ketchup stain. We contacted the front desk which promptly gave us clean towels and said the management will also contact us. No one has contacted us so far.

Quiet location near the light rail for access to the Convention Center, Gaslamp, etc. The room was comfortable and quiet at night -- the most important thing to me. The small gym was okay.

Weak hotel coffee but Starbucks is 4 blocks away. It seems Residence Inn hasn't changed the breakfast offerings in 25 years, and they get monotonous during a long stay. More healthy choices would be appreciated.

Hotel Staff Housekeeping always always EXCELLENT!! 10 STARS FOR THEM!!! AND Of coursr... Sal Was Very Courteous always kind , got a room that was big enough for my son and friends. And Everything was Like 5 star treatment!

The sofa beds..But what sofa bed is comfortable🤷‍♀️

We love the fact of getting up and going down stairs and have a good selection 👌 of breakfast "without leaving the residents , " WONDERFUL "

Very good location in the heart of San Diego. Room was spacious and very clean. We appreciated how quiet it was despite being in a very noisy city. We never heard any neighbors or outside traffic. Staff at the front desk was friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Eggs and sausages were really industrially made. There was a good selection of fruits and yogurts.

We booked a 2 bed and 1 bed apartment for 6 of us for a 4 night stay. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was fine and the pool and pool area very good. Location wise it was a few minutes walk to the Little Italy trolley stop and a short walk to the Embarcadero. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay

It was a little expensive, but it was in downtown San Diego.

The breakfast was very satisfying. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. They, also, have a hardworking staff. We stayed there for a little over a week, and would not hesitate to stay again.

The next time I stay, I probably would request a room in the front. Looking out the back was pretty boring, and there is a train that runs all day long which could get pretty noisy at night.
