Room was quite spacious n quite clean...bed was verrrry comfortable (!)..price varies greatly based on booking timing n week days..same room can be $85 or more than $200+..staff professional..arrived mid-afternoon for parking..top floor rooms have some dunes n peek of ocean..xclnte location near beach, GG Park, coffee shops, convenience stores n right outside is N line of light rail! Able to easily go about SF..definitely will return..

..smell of cleaning fluids in room n more so in hallways..worth $85 but not $200+..we paid $135..coupla lamps on nightstands would be helpful..

Wonderful location and stunning view of the ocean from the windows! Also could open up the windows a little bit to smell the fresh ocean breeze. walking distance to beach and close to the zoo. Has free parking.

The fridge and freezer were same thing. I kept my food in there thinking it was a fridge and turned out to be a freezer and i couldnt defrost my food in time to eat. No blackout curtains. Room was kinda bright even with the shutters closed once the daylight hit.

Room was excellent! Clean, airy, lots of natural light (loved the skylight in the bathroom!) and comfortable, tidy bed. View of Ocean Beach above surrounding rooftops from our third-floor windows. Amenities were good -- only issue was a non-working TV which the staff promptly addressed. Staff was friendly, prompt dealing with questions and issues. Plenty of complimentary off-the-street parking, a big plus for SF -- and the hotel is immediately at the terminus of the electrified public street transit line.

Be forewarned: accessibility issues. No rooms on the first floor and no elevator to reach the others. Had to haul luggage up two double-flights of stairs....

Good location right on the beach. Easy to get into town. Reasonably spacious room. Bathroom updated and rooms painted fresh. A few things weren't perfect but for the price I was very happy with it and would stay there again.

Old building like everything else in SF, no elevator, no soundproofing so the people under us came and complained about noise even though we were literally just speaking at a normal level at 11pm on a Saturday night. Main issue was the linen was very old and had stains on them.

It was right across the street from the beach and had a train stop right outside. The staff were incredibly helpful when asked transportation questions on how to best get to the Giants game we were attending. It was close to a couple of restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable room. Staff let me leave my car for a couple hours so we could enjoy the beach prior to going to the piers.

We got back from the game and our tv didn't work. It was past midnight so we just went to bed. The train outside was kind of loud so we kept the window shut, but there's nothing they can do about that since its kind of a convience to have local transport as you walk out the door.

The Inn is a little rough around the edges. I brought wipes, and Lysol and my own extra towels, in case of being uncomfortable. I will suggest that you bring your favorite pillow to sleep on. Regarding the clientele, I like that there were families staying there too. Just a tad sketchy, but the location is super great! Everything you need is so close by. I love the coffee shop next door, with the ocean so very near.

. Dirty and used stuff left in the room. Also noticed someone left their socks. Certainly not the fancy place to hope for, but did appreciate how nice it was

I liked that it was fresh and bright stones throw from the beach. The neighborhood had friendly people, great restaurants close by and the hotel had plenty of parking. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. the location is fantastic and even the park is just a block or two away.

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like

The outside looked unassuming, but when you get inside, everything is fully renovated and looks great. Very spacious rooms that had everything we needed.

Checking out, there was no drop box or sign to explain how to check out. The employee had left a sign that said "back in 15 minutes", but after waiting 15 minutes, we just slid the keys through a slat in the window and had to leave. It left us worried someone might grab them or we would get double charged. But it worked out. It would be better for there to be a key drop box in those situations so theres no confusion or wasted time.

We liked that it was close to Golden Gate Park where there was a 3 day music festival, secured parking, and convenient cafes near by.

I'm not sure what Seascape Inn could have done better other than we misjudged the actual distance to the music festival in the park. The walk there and back was longer than anticipated.

I liked the proximity to the beach and especially to a local coffee shop. Personal were extremely nice. Make sure you get early enough to park on their property; no fee for parking. I’m not sure about parking out on the street though. I traveled alone for one night and felt safe. I would recommend this place to friends.
