The room we had was great! Located on the second floor, around the corner from the ice/water station and elevator, the room was large, spacious, with two king size beds, full size bathroom, and good view of the the city. Equipped with tea and coffee, ironing board, hair dryer and complementary waters and fridge, it was beyond our expectation. More importantly, it was clean, well maintained, and quiet. With three adults, who were busy with wedding preparations, the room was great! Wish we had more time to enjoy the facility and San Jose!

Nothing to dislike about the facility. The parking fee at $35/day is pretty steep.

Very clean and contemporary!

There was a loud party across from our room. A group of adolescents were completely out of control, fighting, screaming and running up & down the hallway until 3am. Hotel Security took over 2 hours to respond. It was like being in a nightclub, in a dorm, during spring break while ringing in the new year. The "soundproof room" was no match for the yelling and banging. Also worth mentioning... the parking garage is very confusing.

The room was clean and nice Decor. Staff was very friendly. Remote checkin was fast and easy. Temp in the room was good. It felt like a Down Comforter on the bed. The shower was very good and the towels were soft.

There was no info in the room stating what was available and where the amenities were. The bed was very firm and this comes from someone who likes firm. In my opinion the rooms are overpriced. Parking is not free in the garage. As much as they charge for the room they should validate.

location and proximity to SAP center was why I chose to stay here, it was definitely walkable! It was very well kept, staff were very kind and helpful - including house cleaning staff. Netflix on the TV was great also!

there was a mixup somewhere between booking.com and the hotel itself and my second night was not on their books as I had reserved. the hotel staff were wonderful at helping me with booking my final night.

We've stayed here before because if its great location downtown, and we love the tasty eggs for breakfast! The ping pong table was a big hit, and parking is very reasonable!

Only bummer was that there was no hot water for a shower, but the hotel was fully booked so I wasn't truly surprised.

I’m so picky that I rarely leave reviews but this hotel was such a pleasant surprise! Low rate for downtown, feels new and euro, safe walking distance (blocks) to everything, comfy beds, spotless well equipped bath and room, friendly professional staff, yummy breakfast, hot and cold water station near room. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I return to San Jose!
