My wife and I stayed for 6 nights, and we were totally impressed with the exceptional service provided by the various hotel front desk managers, Matt, Ken and Allison. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. It was as near to home as possible under the circumstances, and the room was adequately equipped in order to make our stay a pleasant one.

According to the staff, the manager was out of town and did not arrange for the grab-and-go breakfast bar to be set up with the usual breakfast items, so they were lacking. Coffee, protein bars and chocolate cupcakes was the norm offered for breakfast. The packaged oatmeal and hot chocolate were a hit and miss.

the breakfast was ok. with oatmeal coffee, and a pastry. would have liked juice, they didn't have. They gave us a room on first floor without me asking, which is nice as we are handicapped. the room was set up i the bathroom as well. If I stay longer another time, I know I would use the kitchen to cook in.I liked the size of the refrigerator that it's large.

I never stayed at a hotel that didn't have ice available. I really missed that.The bed seemed clean but was a little hard.

location very good for my purpose. Room is not fancy but laid out well and does everything expected room heater worked exceptionally well, responsive. this chain designs to cut labor costs. big place but seems to operate just with one desk staff member. no fancy breakfast but many choices walking distance. coffee, tea, oat and honey bars, muffins. No fruit. nice little kitchen

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the tv offered a good visual, and having a full-size fridge helped too. Location had a Costco right across the street, great for most groceries and even a mass transit bus line virtually at the front door. Great front desk people who had to battle a balky computer to get me situated.

The wretched shower had almost no pressure...I was able to get cleaned but this was a distinct negative.

Best choice if you are looking for a long stay. Large and comfortable room with nice kitchen. Amazing customer service from everyone I've been in contact with. They provide kitchen items for free. I needed a can opener, no problem! Very accommodating and supper nice.

♥️Staff all are very nice the place is Soo comfy I'm still here.🤗 Been here 6 weeks already. My cat really loves it. Hard to get him out at check out time lol.😿 I do wish it wasn't so expensive. It's draining my inheritance.😔 My cat La Lou Spooky Ooogie Boogie has found a girlfriend lol. There's a real pretty wild long haired orange calico he has fallen for. I work on putting glass tile inside my teardrop trailer and he's just chasing her lol.

Just that I really can't afford it, to stay much longer. Besides that, it's like home for now.

Check in was good. Front desk guy was nice. Had no issues.

Came back pretty late from an event and the front door to enter the building was lock and our key card didn’t work to open that door. Had to pick up the phone to request to open the door.

Convenient location. Clean without drug dealers and pimps.

Shower not very strong。Didn’t really save water abut just waste my time for having to take longer showers. T the end

We had a double suite with a kitchenette. The mattress was very comfortable with good linens and pillows. The bathroom was modern and the shower/tub worked perfectly. Grab and go breakfast with coffee was available every morning. The Iron Horse trailhead was a block away and we enjoyed walking with the dog there. The coin operated laundry facilities were clean and accessible, (the front desk had quarters). The staff was helpful and friendly and gave me everything I asked for. The property was clean and safe. I saw law enforcement patrol drive through the parking lot everyday. It was quiet at night and slept through the night, everynight.

I don't have any complaints.

Loved the free breakfast to go. Very spacious.

Bigger pool. One of our neighbors were partying in the middle of the night, certainly kept us awake.
