Proximity to bar & local restaurants. Pool, hot tub.

We all got super Itchy after using the pool. On the first floor you can feel and hear everything from the second floor. The beds were comfortable.

I loved how friendly the staff was!

The ac wasn’t working!

Super clean, comfy bed and pillows. We had a quiet night and slept live babies. Plus point for having microwave and mini fridge. Front desk gentleman was kind enough to lend me a charger for my phone, so I'm very appreciative. Great, above and beyond customer service:) Also, parking was complementary and we were 5 minutes from CalPoly, which was the reason for our visit. Downtown was also 5 minutes away.

Parking lot was open, so I initially felt a bit unsafe, but luckily it was a chilled town and all was safe even with parking lot wide open.

Really can't beat the location, and therefore, the bang for your buck for this hotel. It's right there on the strip of hotels on Monterrey St., an easy 10-15 minute walk from downtown. And because it's not right there in down town, it's isn't overtly pricey. Staff was very friendly and nice.

The only knock on the place is that the walls (at least in our room) were a bit thin. The first night we were there, the room above us was at capacity and it felt like we were sleeping under a circus. They weren't being particularly loud or throwing a party, you could just hear every step they took and the occasional murmuring. Later in our stay a couple stayed above us and it was still noticeably loud. This wouldn't be a deal breaker, though.

Had a nice comfortable stay at this hotel, felt safe and staff were very friendly. Everything was clean, was very satisfied. The bed was comfortable and probably the most comfortable pillows I’ve EVER had at a hotel, slept super good because of them.

One of the bathroom lights went out but would flicker and randomly turn on every now and then, other than that no big cons.

Unfortunately we got there a bit late and had to leave early so didn't have time to explore San Luis Obispo .Hope we get to come back soon

I love this hotel. Very affordable and good location. Nothing to complain about. I always book this hotel when I visit Slo. The jacuzzi is such a vibe at night.

The management was quite helpful and friendly. The property is well maintained and provides a good view of the hills.

It's a relaxing hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was easy to access from the parking lot, and the room was clean. The hotel is in a great location with food and drink options within walking distance or easy access to the town if you prefer driving. It's a quiet little hotel with friendly staff and a sleepy laid-back vibe.

The only thing I didn't like was the stuffyness of the room. It was difficult to sleep at night. The AC unit was located on an interior wall next to the bathroom, beneath the bathroom sink, so it was difficult to access, and the air didn't flow through the room because it was covered by the sink area.
