It was inexpensive but not trashy. The bed was really comfortable which is tough for a big guy like myself so the staff was friendly

The 101 has an entrance and exit near the hotel so it can be difficult to enter and exit the parking lot. I didn't mind but they require a $100 deposit so be prepared with the cash and for the fee minutes it takes to have your room approved to get your money back.

The location is really great. The staff was really friendly even though we arrived late and left at the crack of dawn (we were just passing through). I personally thought the bed was really comfortable. We always travel on a budget, and this place was decent for the price!

Excellent place for a travelling worker. I worked day and nightshift at random intervals, and I was not bothered and always welcomed back after many weeks.

We didn’t have a coffee maker or didn’t receive breakfast as we saw when we booked

The room was dusty. Walls were really dirty and there was hair on a pillow before we even used it

The staff was friendly and responded quickly when there was an emergency situation during our stay, big rooms which were in the process of being updated.

Our 1st room hadn't been updated yet and a shelf was coming out of the wall.

We were on our way home from Pismo Beach and very tired with 2 small children so we got online with Book it they found us Budget Inn and what a blessing, very nice, clean room with 2 beds and all of the amenity needed for such an amazing price of $76.00 before taxes, the only problems we had was it was upstairs and we have disability's, I did not see a place to specify for that but being upstairs gave us a chance to go out side on our own private balcony set up with a cute little sitting area, the floor of the balcony was rotting through we noticed when my granddaughter stood on it she only weighs 53lbs and the man that checked us in was a little rude he got real close to me and said if your kids jump on beds or make any thumping noises or are loud I will kick you out tonight I have a waiting list waiting for that room,😳 I just found that to be creepy and odd so needless to say we were paranoid the whole time lol but the kids were great, so it all worked out, we would definitely stay again and recommend to others, thank you so much🙏🏻💋🙌

Nice rooms and Spacious.

The Manager and his Attitude when checking in. Had to go to An ATM and spend money on fees because he wouldn't let me put a 50$ deposit on the Same card I used to pay for the room.

The property is in a perfect location to access key points throughout my travel.

The property has done an excellent job. However under a “Franchise” I feel the Budget Inn name may need and underwriting as independently owned.

The freeway on ramp was right there. It was really close to where we needed to go. Didn't get to spend much time it was check in check out
