The place was very clean, great food and snack hour was fabulous! The bartender was awesome loved him. For the most part, most of the employees were friendly.

I was told there would be a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The night shift attending was very unhelpful when we called from the airport. It was a late plane and we needed help. When we finally arrived at the hotel the attending at check-in became almost argumentative over hidden fees!!!

Clean, comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Short drive to Aquarium and restaurants.

Only complaint would be the food offering during the complimentary happy hour. Veggies, potato chips and dip were the only choices. I remember when Embassy Suites used to offer hot food appetizers as well. Only two beers offered, and they ran out of one right in the beginning. So beer drinkers only had one choice of a complimentary beer.

I felt the area was really safe. At no time did I feel unsafe or that my car was going to be vandalized overnight. I didn’t have any safety concerns. The hotel was awesome and the room met my expectations. My family and I loved the breakfast buffet and having an indoor pool.

I don’t have any complaints about the hotel. I would suggest having a shuttle service to do drop offs and pick ups at the beach?

Breakfast was awesome. Good variety of food. I love that the room and living room were separate. Great ambience, restaurant and bar were good. Staff was very nice and helpful. I don't know if it came with our room or if it was an added fee but we got 2 free bottles of water, free parking and wi-fi, two free drinks at the bar and a certificate to use at the restaurant.

There were only 3 elevators and this is a huge hotel with many guests. We had to wait a long time to get on even though we were the only ones waiting at the time on our floor, and for this particular elevator. Every time it went down, it went back up to pick people from the top floors, by the time it came down and stopped for us, it was already full. It did that 3 times. I would suggest checking out early not right before checkout like a lot of others or to get a room in the upper floors.

The location was excellent. It was accessible to most places to go to. The staff were very helpful, courteous and kind. Food was okay too. Complimentary was drinks were the highlight. The ability request for adjoining rooms if you have multiple reserved rooms. The video streaming to the tv is also a plus.

Room was always not that clean. Everytime we stay there is always things left that looks unclean in the room. Bits and pieces scattered in the floor, bathroom and shower doesnt seem to have been cleaned well.

It was good to have space to chill out in our room. The complementary drinks and snacks were very welcome at the end of the day and the breakfast buffet was good.

We collected a meal from the restaurant to eat in our room - polystyrene boxes with plastic knives and forks (for steak!). Disappointing meal all round at restaurant prices.

I had read the property had been updated in 2018. the couch in our. room looked like it was either scratched or chewed on. when we got to our roo m just arriving. we noticed the eating table had sticky stuff all over it I asked for it to be cleaned and someone did clean it right away I was disappointed. and used Clorox wipes because I was worried the rest of the room had not been cleaned thoroughly

The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. Very convenient, and the check-in was easy. I usually prefer to stay at the Embassy because I am always satisfied wi.th breakfast

Breakfast could extend to 10am. I really don't have any suggestions on what could be better, I ask for a late checkout and it was explained very well.

Absolutely perfect location! The front desk staff has been wonderful! The gentleman at the little store was super sweet!

The breakfast area was not cleaned regularly at breakfast, we had to wipe down the seats and tables before we could have breakfast. The service staff at the breakfast area and bar in the vending were short, didn’t seem they liked their jobs very much and it showed. If you like sleeping on a rock these beds will be for you, but definitely not for us.

The staff at the reception did not smile, I do not know why, it is something unusual We also had a $15 card they didn't mention we had to use it only the first day we learned that when we switched to use it before leaving
