This location allow you to check in before 3pm and check out if needed can nice u time.

The maids act like they don't understand English. They lag on cleaning rooms, and not very tidy when they do clean. The main office person is always rushed and really no patience. He's not rude, and he is quick to get you into your room, but just not to friendly. Maybe he's stressed. Although he does seem like he's got a lot of responsibilities.

Everything was clean and cozy. Awesome balcony was a nice bonus. Showers were nice got hot quickly and was easy to use. Great location. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores to walk to and the beach access wasn't far either.

The shower water pressure was weak. The exhaust fan was weak and was ineffective for getting stinks or the steam for the shower out of the room.

the hotel gives right value for the money paid. Room has comfortable bed, microwave, refrigerator, ac/heater and small table. the room was clean, close proximity to Monterey, Carmel. Taco Bell across the street and many other eateries within 5 mins of walking.

only complaint that they didnt have blanket. but the front desk staff gave us the extra sheet. We did have heater in room and it was little noisy which is why we preferred blanket. Also, if the bikes passed by we could hear it in the room. The rooms seemed like thin wall. You can hear the person from adjoining room. People having trouble with noise would suggest to take room far from roadside.

Clean, spacious room with fridge, coffee machine and microwave. Easy check in even though we came in late night. Lots of parking. Close to many restaurants and shops.

I can hear the neighbors very clearly and loudly. One of the bedside lights was flickering a lot so we couldn't use it.

Small, quaint lodge. The location is perfect, close to all attractions in the area. Lodge was clean, quiet and very comfortable. We will stay here again.

I realize this isn't anyone's fault, but the elevator "broke" on the third day of our visit. We had to lug all our luggage down three flights of stairs. That being said, it was a minor inconvenience, just wish they could've fixed it sooner.

Very Comfortable, 10 Min. from the wharf and downtown. Food market and target right behind our motel. Oh, Macdonalds too. Nice pool. Would recomend this motel and stay here again. Seaside is less expensive and just as nice as rooms in Monterey and just a close. Very helpful and nice staff.

Old towels need to be rotated out, some were brownish. They must of had a party in this room, evidence of fireworks shot from balcony, cig butts and a slight smell of smoke in room which was aiired out by the nice cross breeze from the balcony and front door. Little noisy from the road if you have the doors open. Slept like a baby.

Very clean comfortable hotel with a pool. Manager is awesome. Very professional friendly customer service. Perfect location, walking distance to beach, Costco, McDonald's, Ross, Target, Jambajuice , Chipotle and many more stores. definitely recommend and will come back

it was very clean and roomy the heater was so warm and toasty the bed was so comfortable I really liked the fact that I got an upstairs room with a bit of a view and it’s location was either a 15 minute to a 45 minute drive from Santa Cruz and the aquarium and minutes away from restaurants and gas stations and the price was so on my budget

I just was hoping for better water pressure and more towels but other than that a great place to stay

Ground floor room,next office & parking lot. Guest laundry available 24/7.

No lighting over the dining table. Water pressure was low. Some guests were fighting & loud.

Love this Inn! Front desk check in was effortless, and staff was gentle.

I didn't like the lack of a microwave. Also, I was not a fan of there being all the things to make a cup of coffee, yet the only thing missing was the actual coffee itself.
