breakfast excellent - able to do a grab and go to have later as brunch. bed very comfortable. linen very comfortable and high end. staff was the best they would do anything needed. the best and they were concerned for my safety and well being

. note i am not the normal traveler at this hotel i stay for weeks at a time so some of the things that would affect a long term traveler are not pertinent to others. i would prob never notice normally. heating/cooling a bit loudand the thermostat kept turning to heat cool to get accurate but temperature outside allowed me to have off most of the time. i wish one more lamp in the room it was a bit dark for me - this was a slight annoyance and i would never notice if i wasnt a long term traveler

I stayed at this hotel for over a month. my mother has been very sick and was hospitalized during the time. the staff was so helpful and kind. they made me feel like one of the family. i had several conversations late at night returning after a stressful day. i enjoyed the breakfast every morning. its a full breakfast and i was able to make a to go breakfast daily to bring to my moms hospital room to eat during the hectic day when i sometimes forgot to eat. i had multiple amazon deliveries they were able to accommodate. i would stay again and have stays scheduled already. my family stays here and its a complete recommend.

everything completely meets my needs - in a very central location of sunnyvale/mtn view - you can get everywhere quickly. breakfast is full and has everything - staff is friendly and helpful - they will go beyond u only need to ask. they can easily accommodate. there is an evening appetizer buffet too also tea and coffee all day. this hotel has it all. excellent for long term travel - i could easily stay here for several months if needed

wish one more light in room but if i had asked they would have accommodated so i should have asked this is my fault

Very nice hotel with large, comfortable room and bathroom. Room included a fridge, ironing board + iron and even an umbrella. Breakfast was plenty for early mornings and as added bonus there were also snacks served later in the day. Supermarket (Safeway) at about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. For sustainability reasons the rooms were only cleaned upon request which I liked, but then forgot to ask for at reception later :')

My one point of critique was that wifi was a bit slow at times, probably because a lot of people were using it at the same time in the morning. The on-site gym was perhaps a bit small, but still big enough for me - as I was able to do other workouts while someone else was hogging the one available treadmill.

I wanted to take a moment and especially thank the breakfast service staff. They were friendly and went out of their way for us. It was SO busy the week we were there and so many pushy rude people were there but I always saw them out there working hard and being so nice and polite. One of them went out their way to help my wife get something she needed. Breakfast it self was very good, rooms were clean, hotel was clean. I really had no issues and was very happy with the overall value of our visit. I will be staying there again when I come to visit the area which I do several times a year to visit family.

Parking is a little rough. However I don't think that was a problem of the hotel as mostly is was just very busy during that week.

Maple Tree Inn has, for its affordable price, and for an US hotel, fantastic free breakfast. Omelets, eggs, beef patties, hash, toast, youghurt, juice, very good coffee etc. You could easily pay 25 USD / morning for this kind of breakfast.

The carpet in the corridors is a bit out-of-trim, and the air conditioning unit on the roof (my room was 369, on the third floor) sounded a bit like a helicopter had landed on the premises. Luckily it was turned off for the night. Likely other rooms do not suffer from this. Past this, the hotel was very peaceful and quiet.

The location was amazing, but the property itself was magnificent! I loved their pool and hot tub and the entire outdoor pool area was fantastic! Their breakfast that they serve is a full breakfast and not just something in a plastic food wrapper. And their coffee is really good! I will definitely stay there again!

There was only one negative experience there and it had nothing to do with the property. The one even I was there, there was a really rude woman speaking loudly on her cell phone — not using headphones but actually holding the cell phone! — in the hot tub and also was walking around in the pool doing the same thing for a REALLLLLLY LOOOOOONG TIIIIME. I left the pool area because of it.

this hotel is the only place i stay in the silicon valley area -- it is not a fancy resort so would not stay for honeymoon but it has EVERYTHING you want in a stay - i mean everything. full breakfast/staff/comfortable beds/evening snacks/ coffee tea all day. i stay here for multi week travel and it is excellent .

- the room could have some better lighting options but i actually think the lighting is like it is in every hotel room i have ever stayed before

This is a great place if you're looking for something that's in close proximity to everything in Silicon Valley from Cupertino to sunnyvale and lots of great restaurants, things to do and parks nearby. It's family friendly, and the staff, especially Milena is wonderful! They made me feel so safe and welcome, and I was able to also use the wifi for work, the pool to relax and just overall really enjoyed my stay. Will definitely return here on my next visit!

The only 'complaint' I have is that in my room there was at times a buzzing sound, almost like a clock ticker - I don't know if this was from the AC or the microwave or fridge lol but anyway, it was at times annoying when trying to sleep but otherwise everything was perfect!

We loved everything. The check in was easy and quick. The hotel was beautiful. Offering tasty water and coffee at check in. Affordable! Our room was comfy and full of amenities. Great comfortable bed with soft sheets.The kuerig, refrigerator and microwave was a perk. Awesome bathroom with great products. The water pressure for the shower was perfect. The location was excellent and surrounded by a lot of restaurants and stores. We were there for a concert at Shoreline and the drive was easy and convenient. The pool was relaxing and outside area was beautiful. The breakfast was a huge plus and yummy. Very safe area. We will be back.

I would love to see the hours of the firepit a bit longer than 8 pm. During the summer it doesn't get dark until after 8 pm. It would be just be so fabulous to sit out in the beautiful pool area with the firepit going at night when it's dark. So extending it to the same as the pool hours to 10 pm would be fabulous.
