The Grab & Go breakfast boxes were great for us to collect each morning. The staff at reception were really lovely and we were thankful that they let us stay by the pool area on the day of checkout for a couple of hours while we waited for our Uber to the airport.

Our bedroom backed onto a noisy service station, it would have been nice to have had a view from the window. We didn’t ask to be moved however because my daughter said she liked the white noise and it helped her get to sleep!

It's a small hotel. The room is very clean and has all amenities mentioned. Stayed overnight and the beds were comfortable. The front desk was very polity and helpful and provided free of charge a toothpaste and a brush since I forgot mine at home. It has free parking and there are many eateries places around the hotel. I liked the location close to 101 north freeway.

The pool is small and the water was cold in the afternoon.

We did wish there was an elevator as we are elderly. Nest time I will request a first floor room. The grab and go boxes were a nice gesture but not very good. Perhaps just a box of fresh bakery, like doughnuts or sweet rolls and juice would be better.

Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were available, friendly, and professional. Parking was good. Bed was big and comfortable. Nothing was broken or poorly maintained. Really simple and excellent.

Only one small complaint - it’d be nice if the complimentary breakfast box was a little bit healthier. It had one piece of fruit, a granola bar, water, and the rest was mostly junk food. Maybe a bit more fruit.

The room was big and appeared to have been updated not long ago. I arrived early and was tired from the long drive. The front desk person allowed me to occupy the room and rest. She was friendly and professional. The bathroom appeared to have been updated recently also, I requested a down-stairs room and the request was full-filled.

That I could have stayed longer and used the pool. I was working at a nearby night club and returned pretty late. I left early the next morning to avoid traffic.

It was exceptionally clean. There was a refrigerator and it was a quiet one. The heat worked great and they gave us an extra blanket! Although there was no breakfast, they provided a breakfast box and an in room coffee maker.

An elevator would be nice. It may be a bit noisy ( you can hear ambulances ) because of its location.

staff available 24 hours and ready to help. rooms were clean and nicely functional from inside. felt safe with family. close to universal hollywood. Had fridge, coffee maker inside.

no breakfast , only packed boxes. expensive compared to amenities. did not have toothpaste at front desk. AC/heater smelled as if filter needed replacement.

The hotel managers are so friendly and helpful. They know me by name, greet me warmly, always try to accommodate my requests, and are also good-humored. I look forward to seeing them when I stay here. The grounds are well-maintained and the parking lot always has plenty of spaces.

We no longer pick up the breakfast pack, which tends to be very sweet-based.

The man who checked us in was so kind! When we first arrived the neighborhood looked a little shady, but the parking lot had security cameras and our car was just fine all night. The room was clean but smelled a lot like alcohol (the isopropyl kind) so we aired it out, but otherwise the AC worked, the shower was hot, and the toilet flushed properly. Beds were comfy, towels were soft, fridge was cold. Our TV didn't work but the HDMI did so we hooked up our computer for a movie and our room was nice and quiet all night. Little breakfast box to go, and a fabulous hike just 2 miles away - bonus! It was pricey but what isn't these days, and I'd definitely stay again.

The alcohol smell was awful! Luckily it went away quickly. Just be prepared for the local rubbish organizer in the parking - he looks scary but he kept to himself.

Would have liked to of had a microwave available in the room like most hotels now days. Also, maybe a senior discount, AAA discount, or a discount from Ceder Sini Hospital to help with the cost of the Hotel.

Other than the microwave request all was good.
