The staff at check in were friendly and they accommodated my early check in request. The room was basic and clean. The heater worked well thankfully because it was quite cold at night. They only thing was the outside grounds were kinda of messed up there was a lot of trash on the ground and it probably could have used an all over pressure washing. But to be honest it was not a big deal. The price was good. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again should i ever have a reason to go back to Vacaville.

Staff was exceptional. I wasn't feeling well and a member of housekeeping saw me struggle with my suitcases. She immediately came over and assisted me. Front desk lady was also very kind and professional.

Not enough light. DatrkShower leaked. Also the air conditioning unit leaked all over the floor. Some bugs in the bathroom. Dark areas in room...

I dont think breakfast was offered here.

I wish she had warned me the toilet leaked at the floor board when flushed. It was obvious a problem because I did see the floor had been cut into around the toilet and boards put there to cover the holes.

Office staff was Great!! Room was clean with hot water! And it was a Great value.

A hand towel would have been nice.

The staff was very polite and helpful the maids always make sure you have clean sheets and clean towels and was just overall easy-going environment

There no microwave I know refrigerators in a room but still it was no microwave in the general you know area for everyone to use

The manager Davina responds right away upon request she was able to answer any questions and accomendate any needs i had and gave me information on discounts you get by booking online and the front desk girl Prati is wonderful she always asked if i needed anything like fresh linen and towels and how my stay was going even the housekeeper are friendly and do a good job

The manager goes above and beyond her duty to make sure you have a pleasant stay the front desk is polite and respectful and the housekeepers do a wonderful job

The freeway was a little loud but not to bad

I will recommend my family and friends to this hotel. Staff were nice and they make sure you meet your needs .

There is nothing that makes you not to like this hotel.
