We had some remodeling being done in the place we are renting we had been hoping around from motel to motel until we arrived here. I was surprised when I entered the room for the price I wasn't expecting much but the room was big, spacious and clean. The area is calm and quiet. The owners are great, you can tell they take pride in their business. I was so stressed about being able to have a good environment for my children until the remodel is over and was so relieved when we arrived here. Thank you so much mission bell motel my family and I appreciate you.

One block from the mall Blocks from the interstate and all major chains of gas station and convenience stores and yet far enough from the interstate that you don't hear the traffic Just down the street. grocery stores Three major chains. I work up and down the California coast constantly and stay in alot of hotels and the staff here is by far my favorite hosts. I will always stay here even if it's a little more expensive which it usually is not!! because I want to give these people my money if that makes sense. These people care about their hotel they're not just hired staff that are there making hourly and just don't care like the big chain places.... Bonus points for your own personal and covered parking spot just feet from your door! When in the 805 it's a home away from home.

Easy checkin. Friendly, generous staff let me borrow their phone charger. Bigger than expected room with kitchen. Strong AC/heat unit. Fridge. Microwave. Close proximity to mall, Target, food court, and ice cream shop.

Rooms, beds, linens, and kitchen need a refresh. Kitchen has no silverware, dishes, or pots/pans needed to do any food prep. Some units with outdoor furniture and old vehicles in carports appeared to have full-time tenants. Adjacent to dark ally, though no impact on stay.

Quiet and close to everything we had planned on doing. Staff was very friendly. Motel is older but maintained. Room had a small kitchen which was perfect. Smaller property with easy access to major streets and close to grocery stores. Also, sits right next door to an ice cream parlor which was delicious!

Nothing really stood out.

I have booked this room for 1 night before the Marathon in Ventura: the location allowed me to quickly join the Shuttle Bus. I also enjoyed the possiblity to check out over the time to take a shower before heading the road!

It was comortable and there are new owners. Hopefully prices will continue to become less and less over a small period of time. Great people working there and they are employing woman that really need the work.

The bathroom was nice but i think the showers need an upgrade due to age.

It was way better than expected and the spa tub in the room I stayed in was huge. You could fit four people in it easily. All in all it was pretty awesome and a nice surprise.

It took forever to check in. Like an hour.

We were pleasantly surprised that the 2nd bed was in an ajoining room and there was also a complete kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, oven, sink and microwave in a separate room. This room was like a little apartment for less than most basic rooms. . nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

It could have been cleaner.

The kitchenette was just right. The pillows and bed made the rest easy & quick. The next time we're in town, Mission Bell is at the top of our list of places to go to for a home-like feeling and we'll be sure to book another stay here

The front desk staff and the manager are so polite, considerable, very warm hearted . It was so good experience so we extend our vacation stay here , they also give us a discount. Next time when we visit here, we will live here for sure.
