Well, only because you asked - and I wouldn't call it a negative review - the one missing hanging blind panel thingy at the kitchen window. (Not that I was worried about pervs at all. In fact, it was a very private corner room) Perhaps the shower door got slightly off track, but that's way better than a clingy shower curtain any day. Oh, and another tiny shower detail might be that there was no soap dish. Gasp! Ha¡!

They were responsive and came to my room when we needed our television setup. They also were responsive when we asked for cups and they had some available in the office. The water in the hot tub was hot, clean and the jets were working.

We had some trouble with the front door as it didn't seem secure and could be pushed open from the outside, though we locked it on the way out. There were a few chairs strewn on the floor in the garden area. In all fairness this was not addressed with the staff.

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for simple, safe, and clean accommodations. We traveled with two kids ages 5 and 10. Check in and check out we're very easy, and staff was courteous. The room was spacious and clean and beds were comfy. We felt safe in this location and loved the proximity to restaurants and Joshua Tree National Park.

We were not disappointed by the amenities... It's a motel. Not fancy, but sufficient.

We ended up staying in the jungle room. It was too fun. At first when you drive in, it looks like a typical roadside motel, but once you're in the property, the rooms are super cute and fun. The staff were super nice and chatty. They told us more about the different rooms and often checked up on us to make sure we figured out the lighting and spa.

The hotel is great. The area was tricky to navigate around but overall a fun experience.

Clean and comfortable room, very friendly owners. A good, quiet location after a days hiking in the national park.

The price was higher than usual due to the Coachella music festival but this was unavoidable as we had been let down by our booked accommodation host at the last moment. However this turned out to be a much better option for us and we would recommend it to others

The lovely family that own this business take pride in their establishment. they are improving and up grading many things. we were welcomed by a very nice man who was more than hospitable and his staff were accommodating and always available for any requests.

I can not complain… I believe this business will continue to flourish and grow with a family and staff behind their customer service.

We booked the themed Jungle room and honestly booked it just for a laugh to experience it (to the Londoners out there, its like sleeping in the rainforest cafe). The room was kind of cheesy but surprisingly well done. It was a little dusty but with all the fake plants hanging it must be a nightmare to clean. I'd recommend this room for maximum 2 nights to experience something different and not take yourself too seriously! Parking is free.

Bed could have been more comfortable, the jet bath is not a jacuzzi with lots of nozzles for massage it just has 4 low set jets making it bubbly

First of all, the staff. I was accepted with real and not fake warmth on arrival what made my stay very cozy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The coffee in the morning by reception was very tasty. The room was huge together with the bed what made me amazed - it was the first such a big room during my trip. The room and the overall environment was very clean - it really feels that the owners do care about their customers. The room had garden view and the access to the garden, however locked. All in all, the place was nice and more than worth of money. It is sad that I could stay only one night and had to go...

I really enjoyed the grounds, gardens, and the pool-hot tube areas. the room was very nice loved the shutters on the windows nice touch. The bed was amazing, the sheets were so soft and inviting, I even inquired about the bedding it was so comfortable. The place is right on the HWY yet quiet as can be no road noise whatsoever. I would definitely come back here!

Having to leave Yucca Valley and the nice hotel
