We ate several meals and snacks at the hotel, taking our food to the lovely space overlooking the pool. Everything we ordered, including coffee, was very good. There’s was plenty of seating in several different areas and it is all beautifully landscaped. Staff was friendly. The pool was huge and clean and a good temperature. The bed was comfortable and furnishings new and clean . Comfortable lightweight robes and flip flops provided. FYI, the hotel is in the middle of a neighborhood, which I didn’t realize, but it feels private.

There was a wadded up piece of plastic in the corner of my shower. Everything else was very clean. My one suggestion is to have more surface space to put things on. There are not traditional bedside tables, big dresser top, etc. I like to set out my various bags, travel items, etc out for easy access, but the shelving in closet was kind of narrow and hard to get access. At least, give every room several luggage racks.

Exceptionally clean, wide choices to relax, convenient cafe and food choices, staff exceptionally accommodating and helpful. A place where respect and professionalism of every staff person shoes these people take pride in their profession

Neighborhood isn’t in the expensive region. One would falsely think this property would be less classy than it is just driving by. The welcome entrance with the roped area did make me feel like a red carpet effect started there….at the entrance and carried throughout. Stop I. And see for yourself!

Definitely doesn't look impressive from the outside; however, you're completely transported as soon as you walk in. Whoever did the interior decor did a spectacular job! The calm desert-y vibes melted away all of life's stressors. Love the courtyard to just sit and enjoy the views of the mountains. Ice room and salt room were a great experience - never got crowded, we were usually the only ones utilizing the space during those times. Cafe was very convenient and quick! We ordered online and also in person - very minimal wait if any. Ahhh, don't forget to throw on the robes and slippers on as soon as you get in your rooms - that's the only thing you'll need during your stay. Oh, and your bathing suit for the many mineral pools. Didn't utilize the spa services, but definitely looking forward to come back for a girls' only weekend.

We were on the first floor and had some heavy footed neighbors above us - will opt for a second floor room next time. We were also right next to the elevators and anytime it was in use, there was a rumbling in our room - we're night owls so it didn't bother us but keep in mind if this will be bothersome for you.

Nice selections for breakfast and lunch but we ate dinner elsewhere. Very good coffee and healthy food. The facilities were all wonderful. The salt room and ice room were a real treat for all of us and my son especially enjoyed the water facilities like the pool and hot tubs in the oasis. We also used the saunas and enjoyed them briefly. The whole facility was much more than we expected and we were happy with the spaciousness of the room and the balcony as well as the shower and tub. Our only regret is that it is so far from where we were in Arizona and from our home in Pennsylvania. It was a long drive from Cottonwood, AZ after a flight from Pittsburgh. If it were closer, you'd see us often.

The surroundings of the town were rather drab and the environment was much less beautiful than Arizona, but that is nothing you can help. Just nature.

The amenities were outstanding from the bathtub in my room to the Himalayan salt room. One of the best massages I've ever had. The staff was super friendly and I adored Tony who checked me in and was super helpful.

This is not the fault of the resort, but my neighbors were "partying" one night. It did get taken care of and I'm sure there is no way to weed out that population in a peaceful retreat resort.

This hotel is a absolute GEM, it was clean, the staff is so friendly, it was the best relaxing night ever. There's not a lot of great restaurants around so eating on at the hotel is best. I do suggest wearing ear plugs incase a someone uses the mineral bath after hours.

It is a little echoey in the rooms and you can hear others using the mineral baths which is kind of loud. But I will be back, it was worth it!

I wanted an intimate and peaceful place, for my husband's birthday, I planned a getaway weekend and this was just perfect. The fact that the pool, jacuzzi and Sauna is open 24 hours thumbs up.

We enjoyed our king room suite with the spa. The swimming pool was great. the Himalayan room was the best.

The staff seems unorganized and unfriendly. The noise level in the Spa treatment area is not coming from guests but from chatty staff. Not enjoyable or relaxing.

The cafe was absolutely delicious. I especially loved the gluten free chocolate chip cookie and pesto chicken ciabatta sandwich. I definitely hope to come back soon.

Unfortunately had a few issues with turning on the Jets in the two outdoor jacuzzis. A staff member was really sweet and saw us. Immediately he tried to help us but it turns out they were not functioning and out of order.

the grounds are gorgeous. the new oasis is beautiful and the employees there take great care of the grounds. The hot springs tubs are nothing like I’ve ever experienced and the pool setting was fantastic. The food was tasty offered in the cafe. please label items as gluten free. the salt room was relaxing and my husband enjoyed the ice room. we also enjoyed massages at the Spa. Please add an empty shelf or table in the rooms for our belongings.

The room had a few issues. the bedding is comfortable, and good water pressure in the showers. I found a cigarette butt out on the balcony and I had to call house keeping since we ended up with stained sheets- a bit put off by that. but the front desk was kind and sent housekeeping to our room immediately to change them. the room is sparse. no TV which is fine for me- I didn’t notice if that was mentioned in the room description. we also had trouble charging our electronics. Not sure if that was our issue or the ports provided need to be checked. I’d recommend adding another side table. I’m sure many couples stay here and only side of the bed was appointed with a chair? The door to the room let light through. the light itself was not an issue just thinking about security in general.
