We checked in after a horrible AirBnB experience and within 30 minutes we were at the location checked in with our dog. Paola was very friendly and helpful. Everyone during our 2 night stay was very courteous.

Nothing I didn’t like. Every staff member was wonderful and personable.

The staff was nice...the breakfast was delicious...i.would definitely go back there.

Not that I didn't like but I would suggest to plan in future the shuttle bus to and from the airport for a fee or free.

The breakfast exceeded expectations. I've stayed at many Hampton Inns and this was the best breakfast I've seen. Well-appointed room (fridge and microwave) and conveniently located near a grocery store. The fitness center came in handy for getting in my cardio and steps.

Very clean, polite staff. Good breakfast. Good in room coffee.

Shower water pressure was bad, and no shelves/nooks in shower to place personal hygiene items such as razors, other soaps etc.

Staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was one of the better ones we’ve had. Although the location is on the outskirts of Boulder, it was only a short 10 minute drive to get downtown. Will stay here again when we come back to Boulder.

Possibly the worst hotel pillows ever!

Easy check-in, friendly staff, good breakfast options (omelet, waffles, fresh fruits, yogurt and juices, coffee) fairly new hotel so it was very clean. Indoor pool and hot tub are great!

The hotel was clean. Not just our room but the pool, hot tub, and fitness center were very clean. We enjoyed the cookies and water. The fill stations were amazing. The breakfast was good.

Location was a bit far from the rest of the city.

Breakfast was a real bonus! Coffee was great! Service & help was great overall! 👍

Possibly if you had a shuttle running on Friday to CU it would have been helpful! Uber was $50.

Location was just outside of Boulder. Everything was 5 minutes or 5 miles away. Local but quiet highways close to hotel for easy access to restaurants, etc. RR tracks nearby but trains running during the day. New rooms, good parking lot lighting. Excellent front desk hosts. Free bikes and scooters with Lobo Trail close by. Trail signs easy to find and follow. Beautiful pretty local area. Free breakfast open 630-930am; was good, Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, fruit, bagels, Danish, toast, OJ, coffee, real milk. Beautiful workout room. Free lobby cookies, fireplace running with nice seating area. Each floor had a sitting area near the elevator with leather couch/chairs and large flat screen TV. $50 flat pet fee so that the hotel could clean for next guest in case of allergies. (We brought our cat who slept on a blanket we brought for her on the couch). The tub in room had a slanted back which was great to soak in for your neck angle. Sink, microwave, mini fridge and counter at entry had plenty of room.

The pool chairs were great, however the cushions inside and outside of pool area were flat, old and torn. Underneath the chairs the original packing plastic was still there which you could see when in the pool/hot tub. Details... The hot tub was a great temperature but frothy and the pool temp was 85.
