This is one of my favorite hotels when traveling to Colorado Springs. The breakfast is hot and decent. The happy hours are always a bonus and usually the reason we choose this hotel. The staff is always very nice and helpful.

In the rooms the pillows are awful, I always have to bring pillows with us. The wifi is not great, drops a lot, and is slow. We lost the signal on the TV for 24 hours (my guess is because of the weather). Nothing was ever said or done about this. Because of the weather, we didn't venture out to go do anything and not have TV or good internet made our stay less enjoyable.

A full breakfast, substantial evening meal, and afternoon popcorn and sodas were all included with the price of the hotel room, and made this stay economical for our family with teens. Having free alcoholic beverages for adults with the evening meal was a bonus. The king suite was perfect for us and, of course, we loved it was so close to the Air Force Academy on parents' weekend.

There was no exterior exhaust for the interior bathroom, but we made it work by opening up the door to air out the steam into the suite. We weren't sure the small refrigerator worked at first, but then it started freezing everything, including a salad!

We planned to stay just two nights but just before we arrived our vehicle had died on a residential street. Thinking it was nothing serious, as it started again, we proceeded to the Drury. The next morning it had some trouble starting and we had Cog Railway tickets, so we went to Pike's Peak, after driving to the Cog Railway station. When we returned from the summit, our vehicle had some problem starting again. So, we found a dealership and drove there (our car was brand new 6 months earlier). On the way, the car died again as we were driving on the highway. Rather scary. The dealership identified the problem as the fuel pump. Their service department was back logged with work and our part needed to be ordered. They asked if we had a place to stay a few days. We got a courtesy ride back to the Drury. I asked about possibly needing additional nights. The staff reserved two more nights for us and we could remain in the same room for 4 nights total. This ended our "site seeing" but our trip was primarily to rest and relax anyway. Our wish was granted! This Drury was easily within easy walking distance of about 20 to 30 fast food and nice restaurants. There was a movie theater close and a bowling and entertainment facility right in back of the hotel. The Scheel's Sport store was close and it's store features an indoor 2 story ferris wheel which we enjoyed riding! Of course, the Drury offers free breakfasts and a free "snack/appetizer Happy Hour" 5:30 to 7pm. This saved us some funds too and the food was comforting! Many hotels have just one chair (either a desk chair or an easy chair). Our two queen beds room had one of each and there was enough room to place both chairs by each other with room to get up and move about! This was where we sat to watch TV, read, or do puzzles, and write letters! The staff was polite and would ask us about our stay and if they could be of help.

Just that our new vehicle broke down!

We enjoyed the breakfast and the evening cocktail hour and heavy snacks. The location is great if doing things in northern Colorado Springs.

We changed rooms only because a few of the rooms on the north side are always in the shade and the room feels darker. The staff however were very helpful and allowed us to move rooms once a new room came available.

The hotel is very clean. Everyone that works at the hotel is friendly. We stayed in a two queen room. Our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We loved the view of Pikes Peak from our room. We liked the extra chairs and desk area in our room. The breakfast and supper that are included are very good. There's a lot of seating options for the meals. The hot tub was nice to sit in after being gone all day. The hotel is close to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwelling, Cave of the Winds, Pikes Peak and hiking trails and so much more. Great all around location. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and it exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable, and very friendly and accommodating staff. It was a super value. We attended the "dinner" which was very nice with salad, chicken, hot veggies, potatoes. Really nice. Even included 3 drinks! I don't drink alcohol but a very nice feature. Amazing that this is included!!! Morning breakfast buffet also very complete. Staff very attentive. Would definitely stay again!!!!!!!

Gym had no audio with the machines, and no TV in the room. Please enable audio and/or put in a TV. Otherwise, super boring to work out.

it is close to the Air Force, close to restaurants, close to a gas station, and close to a sporting good store. I love that it has an indoor outdoor pool. The appetizers and drinks are amazing in the afternoon. beds are comfy, everyone is friendly, but the breakfast could use an omelette station. The nachos hit the spot after a long day of sports.

if it had a place where eggs were made fresh it would be the perfect breakfast! I do wish they change it up a little bit like they do other stuff.

very clean. pleasant friendly staff. excellent morning and evening food and drink service included. spacious clean room and bathroom. great location with multiple restaurants, a movie theater, a sporting goods store, bowling/arcade, gas station and more all within walking distance of hotel.

our suite had a slightly unpleasant smell in the front room, although it looked very clean. The front room maybe needs a furniture update as well as better lighting - too dark in there. The main bedroom and bathroom were both very nice and didn’t notice smell. just the front room needed some updating.

Easy check in process. Love the Happy Hour, just a nice little added touch (apps/drinks). Popcorn - always a hit. Staff always helpful. Love the location

Have a large family, wish there was either adjoining rooms or a larger suite available other than 2 queen beds.

The staff was very helpful. We had some minor issues while we were there and they were all very helpful and courteous to my family. The manager was also very helpful. I can't say enough good things about our stay! We will definitely be back as soon as we can.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.
