Everything was great. Clean and staff were really nice.

My son has a service dog, and even though I showed them paperwork that I'm not required to show anyway, the manager still argued with me that I didn't have enough paperwork or some kind of service card that I have never had. The ADA does not require people with service animals to show "proof" that my dog is an actual service dog. I usually don't have an issue showing her training paperwork to avoid dealing with people who don't know the law but it was a lot for her to argue that I didn't have enough paperwork and treatened to charge me per day if I didn't produce it.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very . We are happy with our room, it's quiet the heater is working well, we are I. A corner unit and have mo next door neighbors and rarely hear the upstairs ones. It's very easy to walk in and be seen steps from our vehicle. Parking is kind of tight nit so far, we have been able to park fairly close to our unit. The last place we stayed was loud and disruptive at all hours of the day and night. So bring here feels such better. They had no problem with our cat and the pet deposit was only $25. Which is not terrible at all. We like it here.one of the best features in the room is the large refrigerator. Most places only have mini friges, it's wonderful to have a real fridge what a treat!

I wish this room had a bathtub but the shower is extremely large and there is a Ben h you can sir on and let the steam warm and sootheyour muscles and clear your lungs, it's not as hood as a long hot bath but it is enjoyable and does help arthritic bones feel better. That there is a huge supply of very hot water is a bonus. Overall especially since it's clean and quiet. There really isn't much we don't like at all

When we arrived to check in, I had specifically asked to be placed in a wheelchair accessible studio in the long term stay side. We were there for training/match trays for the para Olympic training center so it was only 15 min away from there. The front desk young lady was new and she didn’t know about all the rooms yet so she did her best to find one, however it was not. They were booked out. The manager after I let them know that it was necessary, went and found one for us and took care of everything. I am very pleased with the staff and property. It was quiet and my dogs were very welcomed. The internet however never worked but we naive our own Wi-Fi so we made do. The room was very clean and bathroom was very accessible. I will say that the manager was very sweet and professional. Will stay there again when we come back for more training

The location and the cleanliness of the facility were excellent. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and that's super important to me.

The guests would smoke on the stairs. The smoke smell would linger. It would be great if you could somehow get your customers who smoke to move away from the building.

The facility was duper well put together , the staff was punctual & professional, tended to your needs instantly & the GM is outstanding when it comes to customer service , knows how to manage a team & is a super personable woman. The woman working the front desk in Am Candice I believe her name is is awesome as well really professional

Though smoking is not allowed in the rooms but on some nights if someone is smoking right outside their room the smoke still manages to make it's way into my room. The smell of smoking on certain nights was my only issue. Luckily I don't have severe breathing problems but could be problematic if a guest had those issues.

Location right by i25 so easy for travelers, convience of the restaurants and Walmart across the road , staff is always friendly and handles problems effeciently when brought to their attention. Rooms are spacy and always clean with a fullsize fridge. Love this place way more then the majority of others in the springs and Denver for this price 💯 10/10 recommend, you won't regret it

There actually isn't Anything I can think of that I don't like about this location. For the price you will not be the cleanliness, lack of sketchy people , and friendly service anywhere else. Wait actually I don't like that there's literally one washer and dryer for the whole building for customers to use and it's in the main office. My only complaint though so far

Much improvements and a lot of Upgrades on the property. This is Great!

The staff was very nice, and the room was priced well for the size and amenities.

I hate to say anything negative since all of the staff members were so amazing, but the room was pretty dirty. There was an M&Ms candy wrapper on the floor, the floor was dirty, the towels were dusty, the counters/tables were sticky with rings from cups, the base boards were coming off in multiple places, there was dirt in all of the corners and under the bed and the shower bar was falling out of the wall. It appeared that the room had not been rented in some time, which could explain why it was dirty but is just a guess. I always travel with lysol wipes, so i was able to wipe everything down myself.

It was quiet it was a good location easy to get to highway and shopping and good restaurants to eat nearby I needed to get some good bbq and Cassandra at front desk helped me out gave me a great recommendation She iss pretty cool and also my check in and out was pretty good anything I needed was supplied when I needed anything

I didn't like that the driveway to pull in to get to my room had a big dip in the ground so had to try and avoid that
