Arriving to a clean lobby with a warm fire was a great first impression. Room was clean and spacious . . Room adequately equipped for short stay. Everything provided. Fitness room well equipped. Most things around seemed newly renovated,clean and operated well. Wifi strong and consistent. Breakfast adequate. Special mention for Spencer at front desk who extended kindness to us . Airport shuttle also a bonus.

Sofa bed uncomfortable. Despite website indicating " room refreshed daily". This was not our experience. However, when housekeeping was contacted, we were accommodated. automatic.blinds did not work well...and being adjacent to a construction site, this was less than ideal.

The room was a great size, the 2 TV’s were great for splitting up the kids so that everyone was happy, the pull out couch was comfortable as well as the main bed, we loved the shower and the soaps offered, and we made great use of the kitchen. The staff working in the evening when we checked in were excellent, as well as all of the staff in the morning when we checked out. Super friendly and courteous employees which made the trip that much better.

The only thing that I would change would be the directions to the elevator. The staff was great at explaining where it was, but the signage could have been better. We also experienced other guests taking photos of us through their windows, but this isn’t an issue with the hotel itself. We should have shut the privacy blinds.

Hyatt House has always exceeded all my expectations. In Colorado Springs the staff was attentive and accommodating, the facilities were excellent, and the hotel's cleanliness and comfort were truly impressive. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Colorado Springs.

The layout of the hotel wasn't the best. It was shaped like a fish hook, and even though we were physically close to the front desk and entrance, we had to walk through the entire hotel to get to the entrance as our room was on the eye of the fish hook.

The rooms have great lay out staff was very friendly and helpfully. The room has two TV s one in the bedroom one in the living room. The breakfast table doubles as a desk. The room has a full kitchen .

The location wasnt great 15 min away from everything. Nothing within walking distance. The area was safe but felt like the middle of no where. I also had an issue were they kept charging my card even though I pre paid for the room in advance through booking. Still waiting for those charges to be reversed.

Was like staying at a 5 star hotel! Room was nice and spacious. SUPER clean. Our dogs loved having more room for play and relaxing. We even got a room tag that said there were furry friends inside. Breakfast that was available was absolutely fabulous. With having dietary restrictions it was wonderful to see protein, yogurt, oatmeal options!! We will definitely be back!!

The breakfast was a good variety for various diets. The location is great being close to the airport. I like cooking for myself. The only disappointment is my stay was canceled last minute due to overbooking, now looking for a replacement.

Breakfast was very satisfying, I really like that there was plenty of time and you were able to take your Breakfast back to your room. The room was very clean, loved the ability to have my pet with me and all the staff were so nice and helpful.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The breakfast tables were not wiped down between uses. My shower had a used soap bar in it when we arrived, not sure it was cleaned? Felt lost walking from room to the breakfast area.

Room and hotel were exceptional. The entire hotel was remodeled shortly before our arrival. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

It would be nice to have 2 trash cans. It needs a few more hooks or rings for towels. There isn't a closet or a suitcase rack.

Had to wait at the front desk to check in over 5 minutes while listening to staff talk in the back. No bell to ring. We just had to trust the sign that "someone would be with us shortly".
