The location was perfect for my husband, daughter, and myself. It was very close to our family's home as well as a Walmart if we needed anything. It is also very close to a few places to eat including Freddies, Qdoba, and Jersey Mikes Subs. Overall the stay was amazing. We stayed in a non-smoking King Suite and the amount of space was perfect. The place was so clean I wasn't afraid to let my daughter run around and play on the floor. They even had casting abilities on the TV so we were able to play our daughter's morning Bluey episode on Disney Plus with no issue.

The only thing I can think of that I would say could use improvement not necessarily didn't like was the bed. It was okay. The pillows were amazing but the bed itself could be softer and the bedding could definitely use some help. Mostly the comforter and mattress protector. The comforter was slightly too small for the bed and not very thick. But still 100 times better than several other hotels I have stayed at in the past.

I traveled across the country for seven weeks this summer and stayed almost exclusively at Holiday Inn Express. This location far exceeded all other locations. It was clean. Staff was friendly. It was well maintained and updated. Nothing was broken. There was a lock on the front door that required a keycard entry after 9pm or the front desk had to authorize your entry. I stayed in an Executive Kind in all locations, and this room was larger and more well appointed than others. I usually only take the stairs other than check-in and check-out and this staircase was large, spacious, well-lit, and closed from the hallway. It felt much safer than other staircases in other locations.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Very clean bathroom. Plenty of outlets for devices. Decent breakfast at no extra charge. Very quielt, soundproofed rooms.

The bed was too soft for my liking. It was a very fluffy pillow top. Due to not feeling well we both spent way more time in it than we wanted. My back was very sore after a couple of nights. It would have been nice to have a picnic table or two in the dog run area. There was no place to sit down on that end of the building.

Great proximity to activities and vacation spots. The hotel was connected to the same parking lot as Walmart, but at the same time it was convenient.

Pool was closed part of the time, but did open back up. There was not someone always present at the front desk. And you have to ask to get your room cleaned each day.

We were upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was over the top with helping us to be sure we took in all of the local attractions, restaurants, sight seeing. They two ladies were always so friendly. Always wanted to know if we were comfortable, did we need anything. My husband enjoyed the coffee and reading the paper and a breakfast.

We were very comfortable andhad no issues.

Our room’s layout met my family’s needs perfectly, and the staff was so friendly. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the various options on different mornings. Being near Walmart also made it very convenient and getting to most attractions was relatively easy.

Our bathroom door squeaked terribly, and it would have been nice to have an outside pool in addition to the indoor pool and hot tub to control the crowd.

Employees were super friendly and helpful. There was a problem at check in but even with that they exceeded our expectations and explained everything to us . We only had to wait about ten minutes. 😀

The only problem we had were the upstairs neighbors were a bit stompy. Lol but that’s to be expected

Nice, clean hotel in a good location. Rooms were nice and very quiet. Good breakfast & pleasant staff.

Air conditioning was, for all practical purposes, non-existent. It was extremely hot, making what could have been an outstanding experience, much less so.

very expensive and pretty noisy from all the highway traffic during the night, plus the fire alarm had this last strobe light that came on periodically during the night…too intense

The staff were so friendly and the room (404) was very clean! Loved the added feature of being able to stream movies from my phone on the TV.

They only had 1 washer and dryer for the whole property.
