Check in was friendly. The lobby and decor throughout is very up to date and feels luxurious. The pool area is phenomenal! The room was clean, modern, spacious and had no chemical smell, which is hard to find these days. It is about 35 minutes from downtown, but a much better value.

Breakfast was just ok. There was a good variety but pretty bland and typical. The coffee was not very good. I made my own coffee in my room the 2nd morning and it was better than the restaurant. Not a deal breaker, though. The room and property is totally worth making my own coffee.

We had a tub in our room and it was excellent relaxation and great comfort to the bed and size of the room! Shower had great water pressure and room was cozy.

A/C controls were a little confusing as we had the one on the wall and another on the fan to control. Wasn’t sure which one controls it better as we had trouble keeping the score on so just turns on fan so something was constantly running. Wasn’t ideal but did start to cool off in our room. Weed smell on balcony between 8pm-11 was strong enough to not want to step out but what can ya do.

The room was nicely appointed and recently updated. Bed was very comfortable, tv was easy to operate, modern bath with walk in shower. Free breakfast was located in attached restaurant and was very nice, with four hot items.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, close to restaurants and the freeway entrance/exits, but there was no freeway noise.

The cost was excessive. In a series of one night stays during a cross-country road trip, this hotel was by far the most expensive (2-3 times more than others) for more or less equivalent accommodations, and was more than I have ever paid for a comparable hotel room. In fairness, the cost was in line with other hotels available in the same city for the same night.

Comfortable stay and liked that room had all necessary amenities for a 4 day stay. We were out of the room most of the time so really only slept there.

No one ever came to clean our room or take out the trash, I’d take it out daily and ask for trash bag replacements. Was also unable to use the pool, the water temp was freezing! The jacuzzi water temp was also freezing, I asked if it could be heated and front desk said boiler was broken.

The room was large and comfortable. I ate at the Tony Roma's that's part of the property. Haven't been to one of these in a long time and it was good food. The property overall is in good shape, better than most I've stayed at in this price range!

Although the room was pretty good on the cleaning front, I think housekeeping may have been in a rush this day. There were a number of things that could have been a little better on that front. But not enough to keep me from staying here again!

Pets are allowed and its only $25/night person pet. Compared to others we called this the best deal :)

Our room was on the 3rd floor. The whole building isn't 3 floors so we had to walk a bit from the front desk to get to an elevator that would take us to the 3rd floor.

I loved the customer service, the attentiveness. The hotel was incredibly quiet and clean. Family friendly so it was very warm welcoming.

I had to ask twice for my room to be serviced. I’ve never gone to a hotel where you have to ask for it to be cleaned. I’ve always stayed in hotels where it’s a norm to be done daily. As well it would’ve been great for them to have a shuttle to the airport.

I like everything about this hotel, the staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. The room was very clean, Breakfast was great, the food was good as well. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. I will book another stay in the future.

I notice when I was trying to connect my laptop to the tv with the hdmi cable, it was not working it kept connecting to the media hub. But the problem is simple to fix, by bringing your own HDMI cable.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were great. The location was great.

The safe in my room didn’t have power, so I couldn’t lock up valuables. (Room 334) The toilet had issues (it didn’t flush well) The Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. There were no towels in the exercise room. There were no wipes to wipe down equipment. Continental breakfast would be nice
