The housekeeping and breakfast staff were awesome.

I was charged for 2 rooms the one we stayed in and then in a room we were charged no show. I only booked one room would like to be refunded the other room. Front desk had no idea what was going on couldn't even find our reservation when we got there but yet apparently i had two rooms. They said it might be a couple days. That to me is bad buisness you can't just charge people when they did not even book something and they are right in front of you so you know they were there. Ridiculous

The breakfast was great and the hotel itself is beautiful. The glass elevators were really fun for the kids. The kids had fun in the pool even though it's not heated. Bed was very comfortable and the room had a microwave and fridge which was very convenient.

There is a large parking lot at the hotel but they charge $9 a day to park in and that was not relayed to us until we actually checked in. So we had no way to prepare for that cost. Also the pool is not heated and the bottom is crumbling.

The staff at this hotel is exceptional...from the front desk to the bartender, servers, chef, and hard working housekeeping staff. The breakfast is wonderful, two drinks per night wonderful and everyone working there was very pleasant to deal with.

we happen to get in on a wrestling tournament in the area....tons of competitive parents and children running out of control....however the staff handled it with calmness and were very organized.

Breakfast was outstanding with no lack of food choices. Room was spacious and surprisingly sound proof! Free drinks were a definite plus and the staff was very nice!

It seemed as though the room was surface clean but could have been cleaned deeper, i.e. the corners, the shelves in bathroom, etc. there were four adults in our room and only three bath towels and two glasses…not big issues but a minor annoyance nonetheless. The staff was quick to fix little things like the toilet seat was broken, new batteries were needed in remotes. Again not big things and the good far far outweighed the minor things.

Room was spacious and water temp in restroom was perfect

I booked this room because it listed a free shuttle to and from airport. My plane was delayed, so shuttle was not available after 11pm. This cost me 70$ xtra to get to airport. Then I was told that there IS NOT A SHUTTLE, at all! This put a huge deficit in my wallet. Not happy in this matter.

Breakfast was wonderful. Breakfast staff very accommodating and friendly Hotel and rooms very clean Nice big pool and hot tub Front desk/housekeeping staff friendly as well Overall great experience

Pull out not the most comfy but never are

My family and I were on vacation and decided to stay here and the hotel was really nice I didn't like the smell in the rooms but the place was ok the best thing was the breakfast they had a lot of options of food.

Didn't like the smell the hotel had and the sink in my room was clogged and we only used it to wash our hands.

It was so cute and cozy and convenient with a restaurant and bar, swimming pool, gym, and free breakfast. Didn’t get to use it all but checked it all out. We got drinks at the bar that were quick and easy

Felt a little far from everywhere but it was right off the freeway exit so it was fine

The daily breakfast was amazing. Made to order every morning, and very fresh.

Some of the staff chefs were not pleasant. Not rude, but just not as welcoming as the one female Hispanic chef. She was great.

We had a great trip. We didn't have any problems, the staff was great, the facilities were amazing. We were traveling with my kids and I felt that they were greatly accommodated as well. We will definitely be back for any future Denver trips.
