Check-in was fast and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the breakfast, dinner, snacks and drinks. We were treated like family, we were greeted every morning and evening when we returned. Can easily see why it was busy with guests, they were enjoying themselves in the common areas, and enjoying their stay as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Very minor issues that would not hinder me staying there again. It may have been a cleaning product error. The carpet had a funky “wet” like feeling in the room, had to wear shoes at all times. Dining area tile was sticky everyday.

Easy on and off I-70 to/from the airport. Check in smooth. Jacie handled a line of people quickly, efficiently and with great customer service. The evening meal was a great bonus. Room was clean and comfortable. We travel to Colorado yearly at minimum. I have stayed at the Drury in the past but booked other hotels the last 2 years out of budgetary considerations. However, after adding up parking fees, sub par breakfast options, poorly maintained grounds and personal safety at other hotels I considered good budget options the value of safety(gunshots at another hotel we stayed at) expenses of an evening meal and breakfasts, well kept grounds, clean building and rooms, Drury far and away is the best value for hotel stays near DIA.

The beds and pillows were EXTREMELY comfortable. I’ve never slept so good in a hotel bed before in my life! Very clean, modern. Very friendly and professional staff. Wonderful food and the fact that it’s free breakfast and dinner and fountain drinks and popcorn in the evenings made this stay fabulous!

My only issues were the pool was quite cold and the water was really cloudy, the vent fan didn’t work in our bathroom and unfortunately we had no water on the morning of our checkout day because there was a leak in the hotel somewhere and it was getting fixed. However they vouched us for a free night in the future and we understand that these things can happen so it really was no big deal! They were very apologetic and It was great of them to give us a free night for a future stay.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly. The room was clean and very spacious. The pool was awesome. (The kids loved it) I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast due to our schedule, but I did love the Kick Back. Free 3 adult drinks, unlimited soda for the kids, buffet style snacks and free popcorn.

The only thing that disappeared me was the older lady that worked the bar during the kick back. She was very moody with me. Like I was bugging her. While I was in line waiting my turn, I noticed she was very nice to the other guests. But once I was up she said, "What do you want?" I was being very friendly with her but she wasn't having it. When I went to get my second drink, same thing. Other then that, it's a wonderful hotel.

We were there for 4 nights of music at Dick's Sporting Goods Park so locatiion was key to us. The proximity and accessibility to the venue was amazing as it was to any food, liquor stores, Target needs etc. as well. Can't say enough good about the staff, they were so helpful, accommodating and just all around great. Would absolutely stay here for the next Dick's run next September!

The pool looked much nicer on the website. Unfortunately it was small and dingy and just gross. The indoor/outdoor aspect was not a perk, the garage door type separator stays put, does not lift up on beautiful days to double the size of the very small pool. We thought we would be poolside daily when we only ended up spending about 15 minutes there on the first day. The hotel rooms could definitely use some updating, they could be nice but they are just run down. I hope they put some time in to updating this place all around because the I want to stay here and recommend to everyone because of the location and staff but the facilities leave a lot to be desired.

Our stay was wonderful. It was easy to find, the front desk staff was friendly, and our room was immaculately clean. We really appreciated having free breakfast in the morning, and the opportunity to book a room with a separate sitting area made working remotely in the morning easy for my husband. We did not get to enjoy the pool, but wish we would have made time for a swim! Also loved the on-site store for purchasing some snacks and waters to keep ourselves hydrated.

The decor of the room was a little dated and dark. Some brighter colors to make it feel more modern and contemporary is the only thing I can think of to make the stay even better than it already was!

I appreciated it including free parking which is not often for Denver hotels. I also enjoyed the provided complementary dinner and breakfast and an indoor pool.

I had terrible cellular service in my room. When I made calls it was very difficult for the other person to hear me. Also, certain areas in my room cause me to have dropped calls. Also, one of the elevator was broken so it made it difficult to come and go due to every floor trying to use one elevator at a time and the elevator was often crowded especially during dinner time. In addition, there where not many choices to choose from during dinner. They had pork sliders however, me and my family do not eat pork and there where no other substitution of meat. They had hot dogs but the servers could not tell me if it was 100% beef or a combination of meats. They should really have another meat sub if they are going to serve pork.

Breakfast was good. Location in the middle of nowhere

We were there for 5 days & House keeping never came to our room . Not knowing you had to reserve it, which we did 2 times. Never came. We had to get our own towels & toilet tissue 2 times and had to bag our own garbage . Unexceptional. Also, there was popcorn on the floor in the hallway for days . Never cleaned up.

Breakfast was very good. We liked the variety. My husband had the dinner. He liked it very much. The location was good. We don't know the area and was going to see a museum with family. It was a good area to get on the highways. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were surprised that there was no fan in the bathroom to turn on for a hot shower. The shower was great though.

Breakfast was excellent! I was able to have my cat in my room. The pool area was clean with plenty of tables, chairs, and towels. The elevator was very fast. The location was great with plenty of shopping and restaurants across the street. The location right off the hwy was surprisingly quiet.
