The property has a great location. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.
I had done the booking for 2 rooms. My friends arrived before me and my husband and they would not let my friends check in, even though they had a print out of the booking I made. Front desk told them that if I called, they would be allowed to check in. I called the number given and gave them all the info. They said that had put the info of me calling into their system and that my friends would be ok to check in. When my flight arrived in Denver at midnight, I found out that my friends were NOT allowed to check in (room was already prepaid for, they had a print out of the booking and phone call was made as the front desk had requested). Needless to say, we were all disappointed about this and it made the start of our stay not so nice.

Great location, comfortable bed, modern finishes, large room, helpful staff (for the most part)
No fridge (just a "cooler"), and no iron (just a steamer); Also, the last two nights I was there, there was some kind of consistent loud stomping noises in the middle of the night somewhere above my room, which woke me up. I couldn't go back to sleep the second night and called the front desk to ask them to investigate and they said they would send security up to check. I asked multiple times later that day if they had a report from security and they did not, which was irritating, and put a bad taste in my mouth at the end of an otherwise lovely stay.

A pretty typical downtown mid-priced US hotel - modern, clean and spacious. Being on a main road it was a little noisy from traffic at night but there was no noise from other rooms or corridors. The room was a good size, bright, clean and with a large comfortable bed if rather blandly and plainly decorated. Our safe didn't lock. The bathroom was modern. Breakfast was the regular forgettable chain hotel fare. Not too bad a walk from the main railway station - around 15 minutes. The value for money wasn't bad.
All fine - just rather bland and forgettable as a hotel.

Really comfortable stay in downtown Denver. Close to restaurants and Union Station. The folks at reception were super helpful, and made it easy to change check out times.
Had a lot of difficulty getting in touch with the right folks regarding a lost item as it seems housekeeping and reception are quite separate. I received no answer to emails, and by phone I was only directed to an online lost item form, and was never contacted. Ended up going back to the hotel on my way out of Denver, where they were able to check in with housekeeping, but I recognise this is often not a possibility so could benefit from a better lost item system.

Employees were super nice, the shower was EVERYTHING, and the rooms were much better and larger than the pictures made them look on booking.com. Easy to catch Lyfts, and the location and price were pretty darn good!
We had to chase down a housekeeper for more towels and had to argue pretty hard with her to get the EMPTY communal shampoo bottle in the shower replaced. We also had to do it ourselves since she finally just handed us a new bottle. When we scheduled with the front desk to get a room freshening (we were there for 5 days), the housekeeper threw out or took our personal ziploc bags of evening supplements we had sitting on the endtable. There were no prescriptions....these were things like B vitamins, magnesium, probiotics, all together in 2 tiny zip lock bags that we take before going to bed. The front desk was very responsive when my husband let them know what happened, and comped us a night, which was greatly appreciated.

Great location - a quick walk, light rail, or ride to everything we needed. Very new and clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Quiet area despite being downtown. We were offered early check in for a fee, which I've never heard of, but it can be waived if you join the Hyatt rewards. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean premises.
There's no true refrigerator in the room, just a fridge drawer that fits a bottle or two. Do not drink the two water bottles in your room, they are not free even though they are just sitting on the counter. The bathroom door slides to also cover the closet/coffee area. Not the worst but it can get annoying.

I had a very nice short stay here. The hotel is new-ish and has lots of stylish accents, but has clearly seen a lot of use--some fixtures and things were a bit worn. However, the room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed, and the fitness area was very nice. Excellent location too and not too loud, though some urban street noise, not bad though. The outstanding aspect of my stay was the staff, who were to a person friendly and welcoming, helpful, and kind. They answered every question I had, and I was able to store my bags with them after check-out as my schedule dictated that. I would stay here again!

I liked the size of the room, the bed and the bathroom. Had everything I needed really for a very comfortable stay. I really liked the bar staff, the guys there were always very friendly and I had nice conversations with them.
I'm afraid as someone who lives in Switzerland, I have big time challenges with air quality when I travel and also not being used to blasting air conditioning which I know is a survival necessity but generally makes me ill. I did get a mild flu during my stay. The A/C was also quite loud.

The property was nice, everything was clean and was greeted upon arrival. I wasn’t able to check in earlier, but the staff was very communicative and let me know that everything was still booked and had me check later, but I was able to kill time by doing some sightseeing. My husband and I definitely enjoyed their restaurant that had their breakfast was a 10 out of 10 and our waiter was very nice and helpful.
The only downside was the location of where it was at, but that is coming from someone who isn’t from Denver so I had a hard time maneuvering around. I would definitely stay here at this location again.

Location is good, right downtown Denver with lots of restaurants and bars around. The room was spacious and clean, bed was really comfy. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant they have at the hotel but everything looks really good and they do serve brunch on weekends!
Not a big deal but they won’t clean the room unless you ask by 10am. We asked for our room to get cleaned and they didn’t, which isn’t a big deal because we were leaving the day after. They did give us extra towels when we asked, tho!
