Conveniently located in downtown, rooms are very confortable, spacious, noise cancelled and allow you work there if you need to. There are bars and restaurants located in the lobby if you don't want to move from there (though I'd recommend walking around the city, food is delicious). I loved having my bed done every day, and towels changed too.

The mini fridges don't really cool too much, and can't change temperature, they are ok to keep drinks and sweets fresh. Appliances don't include USB-C unlike other hotels, so bring your chargers, not just the cables. I wouldn't normally complain about it but given the category of this hotel, I wanted to mention it.

The hotell was perfectly located for attending conference at the conference center with only 1minute walk across the street. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and actually helped me book another night at the hotel for the same affordable price as booking.com Breakfast buffet (not included in price) was really nice, and is recommendable (still expensive). Nice gym, but a bit crowded at times (Sheraton hotel nearby is recommendable if gym facility is important to you), and nice to have the terrace with jacuzzi and three sunbeds. Cleaning staff was also friendly and helpful, and made sure I had extra coffee at my room. I had a room with wonderful view over Denver city.

The breakfast was much too expensive, and gym would have been better with larger room and more free weight equipment. An outdoor pool should be mandatory in sunny and warm Denver.

we loved everything about this property. instantly as soon as you walk in an you are immediately greeted by the friendliest staff. This was our Valentines getaway, and they put us at the very top floor overlooking the city and mountains just like we had asked the views were absolutely stunning. The bed was super comfortable had it had a miniature refrigerator in the room. The TV was huge. When you turned it on it literally says welcome to the Hyatt and your name. it also showed us other places that the Hyatt had around the world. We will definitely be returning to this property, we are looking at planning our next vacation as well, and it will be at Hyatt or one of their branches that they sponsor.. Posting one of the views from our room! absolutely amazing!

there is literally nothing not to like

the building was beautiful and the staff were very nice and very quick to respond to our requests or needs! the location was fantastic and so easy to access everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the hot tub was super nice!

The bed left a lot to be desired. the mattress was comfortable but the pillows were not comfortable and the sheets and comforters were absolutely not it. The bed overall made me feel like we were in a 2 star hotel and did not match the rest of the building for the cost of the hotel and how nice everything else is I would imagine they would have a much better option for bedding.

Everything Service was great and the staff was very helpful. They answered all of our questions and even helped us plan out our evening. The room was very nice, and most importantly very clean. The room was very reasonably priced for being downtown and the view we had was incredible. I couldn't have asked for a better time

Parking. When we checked in we weren't told about the prices and that you had to pay each time you left and came back. I expected the parking to be free for hotel guests

Absolutely loved the Hyatt Regency Dec 2022. Our room was on the 37th Floor!! Cleanliness was superb. Not too busy, I guess bc there wasn't a convention happening.

There is no microwave in the rooms!! Like WHY??? Also luckily the breakfast was included in our stay bc I wouldn't paid for it otherwise. Literally the exact same thing everyday. Lots of Homelessness everywhere. Location is superb! Right next to 16th Street and the Free Mall Bus stops right across the street on California St. Oh the area surrounding the hotel, is quite dirty, very much like lots of major "downtown cities."

The hotel is pretty good. I liked the location, which is pretty central and not far off the 16th street mall where you can find a lot of stores and restaurants. Also it's not far (walking distance) to the Civic Center Park and a few other sights. Since this is also a conference hotel, it can get rather busy. The lobby is huge and modern, the rooms not so much. Still they're okay, pretty well equiped and clean. Ask for a room on one of the upper floors, you might have a very nice view of the city and possibly the edge of the Rockies. Service is good, front desk is friendly and efficient. We stayed here for four nights and had a good time overall. Would totally stay here again.

The rooms are becoming a bit dated and will need a renovation in a not too distant future. Considering that it's rather pricey. Self-parking is very expensive with $49 a night. There are many self-park options in the area which are usually cheaper. We had a fire alarm one day, which was very annoying. Also it was missing an all clear message so we didn't know how to act when it ended. However the district tends to get a bit sketchy at night, there's a significant number homeless people and drug addicts so you might wanna watch your stuff a little.

AMAZING property!! 5th floor terrace with hot tub offered lovely city views and the pool area wasn’t crowded, a major plus! The 27th floor lounge offered Mountain views, good food, and great drinks. The breakfast buffet was epic! I was able to have a traditional Jewish breakfast with an everything bagel, schmear, lox, and tomato and onion, not a typical breakfast offering in any other hotel I’ve ever stayed, it was so good! Location was clean, checkin was seamless, the staff was superb, and I will DEFINITELY be staying again!

Hotel location is 1 block off popular 16th Street Mall in Downtown Denver and next to Convention Center. My 20th floor King room was clean and spacious. Front Desk Staff (especially Roger) were friendly and welcoming, as were the bellhops and valets. The lobby is spacious and beautifully decorated. Due to COVID, daily housekeeping isn't provided but it was clearly communicated if I needed anything, all it would take is a phone call.

Due to COVID, a reservation is required to enter fitness center and pool area. Instructions on their guest "Welcome" sheet indicating a separate card key is needed (from the front desk) to enter these areas would be helpful. The indoor hotel (2 lap) pool area is small. The outdoor sundeck/spa is also small.

We really loved how close it was to the convention center for a conference I had to attend. The pedestrian mall area is very close, which provides a ton of dining and shopping options. We were up on the 26th floor - the elevators were very fast and we had a beautiful view! Overall, was a great stay for combined work/fun trip.

I just wish they had told us there was no daily maid service and that we would have to call to have that provided. Not a big deal - I'm happy that it's good from a sustainability standpoint. It just would've been nice to have a little notice!
