They are remodeling the main floor. The rooms had all just been remodeled and were very nice. However, because of the remodeling, the breakfast was in a different area. We had a delicious breakfast though with everything included. By the time I fill out this review, the hotel is probably done with the remodeling. The staff was very kind and accomadating. I would definitley stay there again when in Durango.

Quite expensive/overpriced for what you get. Cheaper fully comparable options around where we stayed first 2 nights (on Main Street ie also better location) but who could unfortunately not accom our 1 night extension. This Hampton hotel was fine but as mentioned way to expensive for what you get. On top of this, some guests were apparently allowed to sit outside, just below our window, and talk/laugh loudly until past midnight making it difficult to sleep. Lastly, the indoor pool was freezing cold. Only gave an “8” score due to very friendly staff and overall decent facilities

I travel around multiple states on the eastern side of the US for work and stay gone full weeks at a time. This was a trip with our grandson, and he is a handful. I have experienced all levels of customer service on my own travels. The day manager here was above and beyond wonderful to my grandson. You can't tell it right off but he has a bit of a disability. She talked to him about our trip and where he had been so far and what was on his favorite so far. He told her the only thing he didn't like was the long hours in the car to get from one place to the next. She told him to come back in about 5 mins and she was going to have a goody bag for him. The boy was so excited and she made him up a bag of snacks and drinks and goodies. He was over the moon and so was I at how she made him feel just as important as the adult guests. I wish I would have gotten her name but sadly I did not.

Parking. That was the only thing that made me cringe. There didn't seem to be enough parking for all the guests and I don't believe the hotel was booked. My husband had to drive down the road and turn around and come back a few times to wait for someone to leave. We even checked in late so I am sure there were more guests to arrive after us.

Excellent. The lady handling breakfast was A++ . Worked hard keep food available, kept tables clean etc. all while handling a tour bus group. I was so impressed I tipped her $20 for my one breakfast. The actual food was good for a hotel breakfast, but the service and presentation earned my EXCELLENT.

The room was pricy , but acceptable.

The location was wonderful and the fact that we could bring our puppy was more than we could ask for.

We had a reservation for two queen beds and got a king. There was not enough room for all of us to have a bed. We could not get a roll-away bed as the room was too small.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Even though the hotel was under renovation, it was very quiet and clean. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Lots of options at breakfast.

The pool was closed for renovations but they offered passes to the rec center instead. So it was fine

It was a clean hotel and a nice property, love that they allowed my beloved dog. Good hot breakfast.

There was some hair in the tub, so that was a little gross, and the adjoining room door skeeved me out a little, lastly the bed was like a rock, not comfortable. But all in all, it was pretty decent stay.

The staff were very friendly, the continental breakfast had lots of options, and was a great value.

It’s undergoing a remodel which was slightly inconvenient but the room we stayed in was lovely.

Breakfast was phenomenal. Staff members were extremely welcoming and inviting. Hotel was clean and had a great location and included parking. Rooms were updated and up to expectations.

The breakfast was good. I liked the space, and loved that there was outdoor seating. The breakfast attendant was very helpful .

The ice machine on our floor was out of order.
