Very convenient location on right on a Trolly stop. Efficient, friendly & professional desk staff cares about the property & your stay. Hard working housekeeping staff do a nice job as well. Great updated room- new soft towels & bedding, super clean, hot shower. Slept well despite Main St. close by. Covered balcony is especially cool for chillin in Dgo. Another great stay at Adobe. Thanks folks.

Noticeable gap under the room door (218) needs better seal. Older plastic chairs on balcony need to be replaced with safer, more supportive chairs. Easy to break the old brittle ones. Avoidable hazard.

The staff were super friendly and the housekeepers came often, the rooms were well insulated and it's right in the center of Durango so nothing is too far away. The TVs were modern and had streaming services built in already. The overhead and wall lights were appreciated as well, overall a great hotel experience.

Tiny bit of black mold in the bathroom, and it was a challenge getting an HDMI cord into the TV without touching the loose mount. Otherwise amazing experience

The room was actually way bigger than expected, it had a full kitchen, clean fridge, comfortable beds, and great water pressure in the shower. Anywhere in Durango is close to anywhere else, but this is right off the main strip, easy to find, and easy to park. The front desk staff was lovely, and check in/check out was a breeze.

My only gripe with this and similar lodgings is the early close time of the hot tub. Not the end of the world, but c'mon. Honestly, nothing to complain about here.

Room was recently renovated and super clean, also a very large space. Great nightly rate. Location was perfect for access to the train station where we took a single gauge railroad ride to Silverton and back. Front desk staff was very helpful. Traveling with my 86 yr. old Dad, he accidentally packed the TV remote into his luggage. We mailed it to the front desk the next day and they called me immediately upon receipt to verify it had returned to them.

The front desk person Mike was so helpful! He went above and beyond to make sure I got all my questions answered and the room I needed. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was not connected to the central heating system in the rest of the hotel, it was provided with a small space heater that did a poor job heating the room and kept blowing the outlet with the tv so they kept all shutting off all night long and it didn’t get very warm.

We wanted to attend Snowdown but didn’t think we had the money to because most hotels raise their rates during the event. I literally just checked for “kicks and giggles”. Used to spending $100-200/night. I was shocked to see the rates. Not fancy but provides what you need.

It’s a good value so really hate to say anything negative. It was fine. Maybe dated and/or had some deferred maintenance but not gross or dirty. I would stay again!

The value was good. The room was clean and in good condition, The bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice.

The lighting around the vanity was a bit dark wich made it hard to see when I was getting ready in the morning and the ac was loud. I could also hear everything outside and my nneighbors.

Great location and great value. Staff was able to accommodate our request for two rooms next to each other. Pet friendly hotel was a must for us as well.

Hotel is a bit dated but still clean and comfortable. Shower head could have been better but the shower had hot water nearly instantly which was great.

Location but overall facility was adorable. Waking up and sitting outside in the crisp air with some coffee & paper before the days agenda, & nothing over the top but the simplicity was comfortable & peaceful in beautiful Durango.

That we didn’t get new towels due to low staff and had to ask but it’s alright no big deal

Had remodeling done but places in the room, the contractors didnt do a good job finishing the grouting along the walls and in the bathroom. Didnt have any weather strip around the door so weather, noise and outside lite was allowed into room. Otherwise the hotel was a good place to rest. Would stay there again but not in the room we had this trip!
