Super basic room, but it's clean, inexpensive, comfortable, quiet, and on the "right" side of town for skiing Purgatory. This was my second stay and always my first choice. Staff is always polite. Literally zero complaints about it. I drive up for skiing, so pretty much all I do is eat, sleep, and ski. No reason to pay stupidly high prices for that. Best bargain in town, as far as I can tell. As I said, for me, there is no better value and it will always be the first place I check when I need a room on these trips.

No complaints. I am not sure there is anything that would have made me like the room better. It suited my needs perfectly and was literally the cheapest place I could find. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I stayed there which is why I booked it a second time a month later.

The room is very basic, but the purpose of my trip was to ski, sleep, and eat...in that order. However, it was super clean, quiet, and suited my needs perfectly. I will 100% look there first on my next trip in a month or so for exactly the same reasons. It's one of the least expensive rooms I found in Durango, but had everything I needed. The bed was unexpectedly comfortable too, so that was a bonus. I don't have a single complaint about my 4-night stay.

I have zero complaints. If I were going to nitpick one tiny thing, it would be that the toilet tank seemed to leak a bit. Not into the floor, but down the drain meaning that it had to fill up occasionally. Not that it bothered me, but wasted some water.

This facility is still in the downtown area but on the western tip so it does not seem like you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of a typical downtown area. Staff are very friendly and quick to respond to issues.

Room had a window unit air conditioner that was installed within the room's interior wall as you turn to go into the bathroom, so it takes forever for cold air to reach you in the room. This facility is pet friendly but they really do not have an area dedicated pet area on the property. The area that they supposedly designated as the pet area is a slanted hill off of the backside of the property, which you acces via the gate to get to the pool. Oh BTW it's no big thing to me but the facility's pool is closed and was recently filled with dirt, so if you wanting an on-site pool this is not the motel for you. Overall I was still pleased with this facility I will still rate it a 7 out of 10.

The location was perfect for me. Very short trip to Purgatory Resort and surrounded by a good selection of restaurants, supermarkets and a laundry. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. It's not new but clean and comfortable.

Need a new remote for the TV. Remote would turn the TV on and change channels but would not adjust the sound or turn the TV off.

Room was clean and adequate. Breakfast was minimal, but enough for me. Room was relatively quiet. TV station choices were great.

The outside door didnt seal (daylight showed along sides and it was very cold outside), so i had trouble regulating temperature. Kept having to turn temp up, then down.

Friendly staff at reception. Comfortable room with good beds. Room was located in quiet area, so no noise from traffic. Complementary Breakfast even though it was nog included in the booking. Was basic, oatmeal, cornflakes and yoghurt. But 'hey' it's free.

Nice clean room and property. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. Friendly and welcoming staff. We had a few minor issues that the staff immediately attended to for us.

No complaints about this property.

This motel was nicely-located. The facilities were clean.

The parking was a bit cramped for larger vehicles (not mine). One pickup truck pulling a flatbed trailer could only park in a way that made it difficult to access the stairway to my second-floor room.

Nice hotel with comfortable beds and a nice large room. Very pleased w/stay.

Air conditioner could have worked a little better. It was a little slow to cool the room, but it did the job.

It's next to the river and you can walk down to it. Memorial park is around there as well.

The breakfast could have been a bit better.
