Easy access to where I needed to go. Close to the interstate but far enough to not see or here it. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I liked the full sized refrigerator, plenty of room for drinks and restaurant leftovers. The room was also quiet.

Breakfast or at lease coffee would be nice. Only had one coffee pack on a three day stay. I feel that an Extended Stay Hotel should have a gym and pool. The conditioner was empty and the hand wash by the sink was not opened so we couldn't use. We had the lid to a pitcher but no pitcher. I didn't need this item but there should be a pitcher. I understand that people probably take the kitchen items and this one was mostly stocked, just a few missing parts to the pieces that were there.

Room was very nice, bed was comfortable and it was in a good location.

Coffee maker wasn’t great it leaked as it was brewing and there was only one packet of regular coffee which wasn’t replaced for the second morning. also the plug in the kitchen didn’t work so I had to move the coffee pot to the table which wasn’t a huge deal.

My kids loved that they got their own beds/bedroom. Since it was an extended stay property we were able to make dinner instead of go out to eat.

A glass plate shattered on the tile in the kitchen and we could not get anyone to help us clean it up. No one answered the phone at the front desk, we asked one of the house cleaners for help and she promptly said. Call the front desk, it was a hunt for help. My daughter was finally able to find a broom but no dustpan so we just left it in a pile under a chair but not the best for feeling safe about walking around the kitchen.

The room setup was great and the staff were awesome.

Couldn't really get the tv to work. At first, our clicker didn't work so I went to the front desk and traded it for another one. The second one indicated it was not yet programed for that tv and I need to go to the front desk to do it. I gave up.

Great location, short drive (25 mins) to vail, even closer to Beaver Creek. Great value - the price for our two night stay was less expensive than a single night at many hotels in the area and included free parking. The room was a standard, basic hotel room and was clean and comfortable. I also loved the virtual concierge texts that I received, including detail on location and checkin and they also proactively asked if we were enjoying our stay or experiencing any issues with the room (we had no issues, but loved the feature!) We would definitely stay here again!

Very thing was good. But wish I got what I wanted tho like the garbage disposal fix and and better rate for weekly price.

The young lady who chewed us in was precious.... Gave us info to check snow conditions and answered lots of questions.

Breakfast was great. Facility very clean. Room was quiet and well stocked with needs for a great stay. Comfortable bed, very clean.

Not being able to check in until 3 . We did not need to occupy the room until later. Would have been nice to register and have it done.

Nice-sized room with (small) full-sized fridge, stove top and small dishwasher.  Breakfast was a juice box, bottle of water and microwavable breakfast sandwich (good). 

When we checked in the hot water was being repaired but it was up and running before bed.

Room layout was great and having a full refrigerator was really nice. It was great being at the end of the hall and have multiple exits for ease of luggage transfer. Bed was comfortable and the room got sufficiently dark at night. Front staff was quick to respond and the early morning gentleman went the extra mile to accommodate a request we had. It was a very convenient location and the price good.

The keys malfunctioned a few times and we would have to get news ones swiped, but that was the only issue we had.
