Location is perfect - off the main road just enough so road traffic sound is not present, yet close enough to walk into town. Bed was comfortable. Clean room and it is set up for "resting in the room": making tea, warming up food (I did not for this trip but I could see how it would be useful); working at the table, and relaxing. Staff were thoughtful - they upgraded my room because no one else was in the main floor room and that made it even more convenient.

Great location, easy check-in and check-out, parking spots were key and so convenient.

Toilet seat was broken in Room 1 and falls over hitting my back every time I used the restroom, but should be an easy fix I think, just kind of annoying. Also, the Keurig machine wasn’t working - I tried it twice but it wouldn’t turn on to brew. Probably a big cost but covered parking would be even better - but big bonus to have parking right outside the door there.

Overall, the location and comfort were very good.

I wish we'd known it was a basement apartment. That was disappointing. There was only one other renter there when we were there. It might be an opportunity for management to offer an upgrade to those who have mistakenly chosen the basement location if possible.

We made good use of the Kuerig coffeemaker and Starbucks French Roast available for free. The room also had a small fridge and freezer, a microwave, and a toaster. The bathroom was large and nice with excellent shower stall. The king-sized bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was pleasant.

The parking situation created some worry. The hotel has no parking of its own, so guests vie for city parking spaces, and those spaces have limited(2 hours) parking from 8 AM to 6 PM. Although we didn’t care that no breakfast was available onsite, others might not like it. We prefer making our own breakfast, and the room was well equipped to make a quick morning meal.

Room was a nice size and quiet. I could not hear any of the other guests unless they were in the hallway. TV was definitely too small to enjoy from the bed but the WIFI made up for it haha. Great internet speed and connection. I would suggest putting a wifi booster near the top floor since I noticed the router was in the basement.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. That was a great surprise. We appreciated the apps for viewing movies, that was a great treat after a long day of travel and things to unwind streaming something good. although it's a studio it has a lot of room and pretty much everything one needs. It was also very clean, which I appreciate as it eases the anxiety of the stay.

I did feel odd that keys are left out in the open for check in but also at check out? It's great there's that level of trust...until there isn't. Our key was not in the lock box when we arrived, it was hanging on the hook, so we guess there's an honor system that no one else goes in to them? I didn't have instructions on what to do with the key at check out so had to call the number in the email to confirm. Maybe add that part to the email?

Just an absolute slice of heaven in Minturn. Perfect location to Vail for skiing and surrounded by good food and bars. Highly reccommend staying here!

Not a thing, absolutely perfect place!

Lovely, spacious room, comfortable bed. The off-site manager was very helpful when our room key got misplaced. Overall, very happy with the stay.

There was plenty of coffee, but no creamer/half/half, wish there was some! Otherwise, very happy with the stay.

Minturn is a cool little town away from the glitz of vail. The hotel was fine.

The alarm going off at night. The furniture is clean and ok, but well loved. Surprised it was a basement with no natural light.

property was clean, cute, spacious, and comfortable. Stocked with items you need to heat up food, including coffee pods and cups. Close to breakfast place, Mexican restaurant and Dinner.

only thing we didn’t care for was lack of designated parking.
