The room was great both size-wise as well how wonderfully soft and comfortable the bed was. I liked that I could look out the window and see my car because I had 4 bikes locked on the back and wanted to be able to keep an eye on them. It was close enough to the downtown area that we were able to walk to dinner that night, which was an added bonus so we didn't have to try and find a place to park downtown. It was very quiet for being relatively close to the interstate.

I honestly can't say that there was anything that I didn't like. I guess the only thing was that we had booked a king size bed, but none of those rooms were ready when we arrived (we arrived about 45 minutes after the earliest check in time on the confirmation) so we took a double queen. Not that that was a problem, and I will chalk it up to staffing shortages, which I totally understand.

When checking in charged us for original 2 day stay. We had informed us they didn't know we were only staying 1 night. Did change charge when I told them I had done it through booking.com. was informed should only deal directly with them. Charged a total of $344. When you reported to us $321. No complaints aboit room or stay. Breakfast was great.

Very clean, comfortable room. All was exactly as advertised! And the breakfast was pretty darn good!

Gal that checked us in seemed more concerned with talking about her manicure with another employee than to us.

Not everyone was wearing their masks when there were signs asking you to. I understand not wearing them at breakfast. We not sure what the heating cooling system was doing. We just turned it off.

Breakfast was good- elevator not working not an issue. We made sure we tipped the cleaning folks and the the breakfast team.

When I booked this through bookings.com the rate was $129 per night but we were charged $149 per night (w/o taxes)

liked the extra pre-cautions for covid. we appreciated the sticker on the door to show that no one else had been in our room since sanitation our room was clean and comfortable staff was friendly

Very sad the hot tub was not open- We were told because of covid- but that seems strange because you had to make a reservation for the pool, so why was the hot tub different? very sad there was no where to recycle plastic bottles or any place to recycle at all

Everything was nice.

Found out we got charged twice for our stay. One from Booking and other at the hotel. They still have not fixed it.

Hotel was clean, good location

The beds were a little to hard, Pool was small, elevator was a little sketchy and got charged more then what my reservation was. Had to dispute it with my bank. Girls at the front desk were not friendly at all.
