Well I like the view from the room I like whoever designed the room the wooden furniture is my favorite and I like that it had a lot of pillows and extra in the closet if needed

I didn't like that the fan didn't work in the shower for all the moisture and there was toothpaste on the counter and a few different spots like the cleaning lady just swept over the room real fast I hope she changed the sheets LOL the balcony chairs could have had some pillows that was cold to sit on my suggestion they could have put the pillows in the closet so they can be used for the balcony purpose

Hotel is right in the centre of Golden, very convenient stop on arrival to Denver airport and before heading off to Utah or the Rockies. The staff is really nice and welcoming, from valet parking to reception staff they make it really easy for you. The hotel has a good restaurant - we only had a small dinner as we were jet-lagged but everything was really tasty. And they do a great breakfast / brunch (table service) that attracts the locals too.

The air con system is in need of modernising, but it worked well enough.

Beautiful hotel on the Main Street in Golden with valet parking ( chargeable ) very useful. We had a nice quiet room at the far end of the building, but it was a long way from the lobby to drag our suitcases. We found out later there is a side door entrance street level we could have used with our key card. We ate in the hotel restaurant both the food and service were excellent. We didn’t eat breakfast as we had an early flight to catch.

The hotel itself is lovely. It is in Spanish style with lots of tile and adobe. The restaurant has a nice outside patio with heaters. The food is good at the restaurant. The front desk people are quirky but also really nice and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Parking was free in the garage attached to the hotel. The hotel is located near little shops and quite close to a trail head along Clear Creek.

The room was a bit on the small side and our patio looked into other people's room and at the roof. But, the room did have a high ceiling that made it not seem quite so small. Overall, this would not prevent me from staying at this hotel. But I'd be sure to get one of the rooms with the balcony overlooking the street of downtown.

Good restaurant but a little pricey. The convenience to everything was the best. The valet guys were very friendly and efficient. The room was always clean

The view from our room was the parking garage alley. Considering how much we paid for the room, that was a let down

Great location and very comfortable bed. Restaurant and bar connected to the Inn were great too, with the exception of our server on one night who wasn’t very friendly or attentive. Everyone else from the valet staff to front desk and beyond were wonderful! Can’t wait to come back and visit again.

The whole place was very welcoming. The staff was very very friendly. 1 staff member even saw my purse and decided to talk to me about it which was nice

You have to pay for parking which was a bummer but not a deal breaker in my eyes. Our room didn't have a microwave and when I asked the gentleman said we had to request 1 so that's was a lil shock but still ok

Way too expensive for what you get, but they have the location and only one of two hotels so they can charge what they want. Front desk staff when I arrived was super unfriendly, but when I left a different guy was very friendly and professional.

Everyone was very nice & helpful. It was right in a very busy but clean & felt safe part of town. Hotel has a country western vibe to it. Ate breakfast there twice & food was amazing!!!

Let people know you are located on the corner of a very busy street & that you have to park in the 2 small parking garages under the building & if that is full where the other two spots are located. Our desk in our room was very sticky & needed cleaned better.

this is an exceptional hotel with first class customer service nothing was too much trouble. beautiful room, excellent beds, high quality finish, staff extra responsive and professional lovely bar and restaurant

some steps on the floor en route to elevators which made transportation of heavy cases difficult
