The staff and cleaning staff were very polite and accommodating and understanding of my 2 autistic boys. I'm thankful we had a room on the main level as my kids will stomp because it's part of their stemming. The rooms were pretty sound proof which was nice to not have any complaints when my boys were taking baths and being loud and just boys. The cleaning ladies had no problem giving us more trash bags and towels and they were just so friendly. Breakfast was decent. Something for everyone! Eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, English muffins, apples, cereal and oatmeal.

The staff was kind and accommodating. The rooms were very quiet so sound quality seems good. The location was great for our purposes.

The beds and pillows weren't the most comfortable and a few of the blankets had small stains that appeared to have been blood spots, like someone knicked themselves shaving and then sat on the bed. The free breakfast wasn't great, the waffle batter machine broke when I was trying to pour the batter out, nozzle popped right off. The attendant said it happened all the time.

Check-in staff were super nice. Good breakfast. The pool was decent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. This is a great little city with a vibrant food scene. A nice start for our exploration of the surrounding parks.

No real complaints. The pool for some reason had missing windows, which seems like a safety risk for the property, but otherwise there really was not much to complain about.

We stayed in 7 hotels so far on our way to and from Arizona. This hotel was the best so far. Our king suite was spacious with a large hot tub in the room in addition to a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable plus the room had blackout shades so light didn't come pouring into the room all night like some of the other hotels that we stayed at. The breakfast was excellent. There were only 2 hot items but they were great. The cheese omelet was fantastic as was the Canadian bacon. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice that breakfast was included but for being their several days it would have been nice to have different foods other then same stuff everyday. And more fruit other then apples also the sausage was undercooked daily.

Very clean facility. Very clean room with comfortable beds. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Especially the lady that took care of the breakfast bar

The only thing was the ice machine on the first floor was broken. Other than that I have nothing at all to complain about.

The location of the hotel was good, and the room was clean and quiet. All the appliances and facilities worked well. The beds were comfortable, and the linens & toiletries good. The internet worked well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

It was clean and comfortable. It was very close to everything we wanted to do, and the staff helped direct us.

We received a message saying we could check in early if the room was ready, but when we got there, we were told that only applied during the off-season. Also, they ran out of coffee during early breakfast along with the orange juice, and no one was checking on it.

We've stayed here before. The staff is very welcoming and love dogs. They have little bags for your dogs that include biscuits and poo bags with a little letter from your dog on how to stay there. Rooms show a bit of age, but comfortable for stay.

Breakfast didn't have too many options for those with dietary restrictions.

Decently clean, friendly staff, the room was spacious, and a decent hot breakfast (cheese omelet and bacon), decent TV channels, free parking and wifi, next to Wendy’s and near a gas station, and even self serve laundry machines.

Creeky hallway, cool 2 in 1 tool for shampoo and conditioner but empty, and the front entrance sliding doors can be labels better.
