The staff was exceptional. Lydon was extremely professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He IS the reason I will be using your services again. (planning to move there) I also appreciated a smoking area near the front entrance and out of the elements. You just don't see that anymore. I realize that habit isn't acceptable these days with a lot of folk. As a "soon to be" non-smoker, it made me feel respected.

There was a technical issue with the front elevator and the keys for the rooms and exit doors. No fault of those who work there. My stay was four nights and I had no maid service during that time. (That's okay. Didn't really need it) But, I could have used a daily replacement of the coffee/condiments inside my room.

It’s the staff that made the stay wonderful, they went above and beyond. At check in we received water bottles and cookies, they opened the pool early for my nine-year-old to be able to swim in the morning. We also left something in our room and the staff called us immediately after check out to inform us so I was able to go back and pick up the item before leaving town.. It was about the customer service and the level of care that they have.

The rooms itself were clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable.

Friendly and helpful receptionist who gave us a room on an upper floor away from families with children. Clean carpeting in the hallways. The breakfast was sufficient and the room pleasant and the person preparing and servicing it was a hard working woman! Our room was spacious and comfy. The shower was nice and clean, thanks! Regarding the location, we were able to walk to a fab Italian restaurant a few block away, and a great coffee shop in the same little strip mall.

The lobby area was crowded with too much furniture. The elevator was slow and noisy. Why do hotel rooms still have telephones and clocks in them? I always unplug the clock to eliminate the light and put the phone on the floor to get it off the night stand. Speaking of light, there were 5 lamps in the room with much-too-much bulb wattage in each…overkill. Finally, the French Door to the bathroom was fancy, but it didn’t close well.

Staff was excellent. Clean room, service area and parking lot. Required prompt service on our door lock. All customer service attendants and on duty maintenance person were involved in trying to solve the door problem. Presented us with a solution which worked well for us not having to move rooms and utilized the next room for us to enter and exit our room, since the door lock could not be fixed.

The room price description online was inaccurate. There were two choices one smoking room for $88 and a non-smoking room for $137. Of course we selected the non-smoking but when we arrived, we were informed that there were no smoking rooms only non - smoking throughout the facility. Does that mean we could have selected the $88 room and it would have been that price online? Just corridos

Friendly welcome desk crew, liked the 24hr hot drink station in the foyer. When a smoke alarm started chirping (maybe due to a fault or low battery), the front desk girl was really eager to get sorted for us & came up to our level twice to diagnose which alarm was chirping.

Nothing. Nice comfortable breakfast area & feel, friendly team on the desk upon arrival & departure.

Very friendly and accommodating staff!! Especially Giselle and Patrick! Everyone was cheerful even though it was Thanksgiving and they were working. Breakfast was great! All areas were clean and welcoming.

We had to let the water run for at least 20 min for it to get hot, but once it got hot it was great. Just a little annoying.

Friendly staff, clean room and very comfy beds. Breakfast was OK. plenty of parking accessible through multiple exits/entrances. Good value for money.

Unless your main point of interest is the airport, the location is not ideal and requires some driving, if you want to shop or get visit Colorado National Monument; I don't think it's a deal breaker, though.

Clean and well organized facilities even the breakfast area was very nice. Staff Michelle and Patrick both went above and beyond for my staff very friendly.

Walls were thin the last night I stayed there someone had music playing well into 2am in the morning.

Staff at check in, location, super close to local restaurants, awesome walk in shower in the handicapped room, quiet hallways, I felt safe inside the hotel.

It was pretty dark outside when I left at 4AM to catch a flight. I didn't feel very safe in the exterior parking lot, as it backs up to a very dark adjacent parking lot.
