Good location; close to the interstate; and some good Local restaurants and bars like Applebee’s; And Cruiser’s Bar!!
The fact that they requested a $250 deposit on a single room for 1 evening because we were from town and considered Local!

Reservation, check in and out was easy. Good rates.
My bath tub drain didn't hold water In the tub. I had to program my own remote. Side door entrance is locked all the time so no easy access to my room, had to go allllll the way around thru the lobby everytime I went outside.

I didn’t have high standards because of low price. It was clean, safe, and comfortable. Was it fancy, no. But it checked our boxes for a last minute stay. Staff was very kind, and friendly. Discount for Dennys was a bonus.
I guess it could use a little touch up here and there.

The staff was very friendly. And my room was exceptionally clean and spacious.
There was so much inconsistency between rooms. While my room was clean, my friends' room was filthy, complete with soured milk in their fridge. Their bathroom was dirty with hair in the tub and on the floor.

This is an older property that the new owners have fixed up. I really appreciated the front desk help. They really took an interest in making my stay very pleasant.
Overall I really felt they did a good job. No real concerns or issues.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be using them every time we need a room in Grand Junction.

Calm, quiet, spacious
Still holding my $100 damage deposit. There was a carpet stain and some desk scratches when I checked in. It wasn't me. I should have taken pictures like they do with car rentals

Location was very helpful, clean a d free of litter. Many services only a short walk away, withing a mile.of regional airport.
I completely enjoyed my night , nothing to complain about.

The location. The room was decent.
The faucets were all broke. There was no hygiene in the room. The back door we did not get a key. Only 1 chair.
