Stayed for one night after dropping my daughter at CMU. I loved being right on the campus. The bed was crazy comfortable. The room was spotless. The view of campus from the terrace on the 4th floor is terrific. We took lots of great photos up there. Highly recommend this hotel and the restaurant/bar. We didn't use the fitness center but it looked nice.

Hotel, room, parking, good & welcome chocolate were perfect! After a 5 week road trip in our trailer decided to splurge. Room 317 had a great View & location. The problem is that either the housekeeping room next door woke us up early, or the housekeeper across the hall cleaning. Other than that, a wonderful stay.

Housekeeping needs to be trained to be quiet in the early morning. Also, yo take notice of the “Do not disturb” signs on the doors you are cleaning across from.

the pillows. most people like feather style or faux feather but not me. it’s just a personal preference wish the small cafe had more food choices for breakfast. did not like the breakfast burrito hot tub could be hotter.

The restaurant menu online through Google was not the menu they were serving. The menu was limited and just ok, not great food as we were lead to believe. No room service, you have to call in an order and then go get it.

Staff: Kind people always on duty. Pet-friendly: they had clean food and water bowl in the room. A dog bed and healthy treat as well. Cleanliness: I black light my rooms and this room was CLEAN! Bathroom: Shower was wonderful. Towels were soft. Raised toilets are a nice touch.

Very clean and very friendly staff. Quiet and clean location. The room is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. Although we had a ground floor room near elevators & vending machines, it was very quiet. We had a nice patio that’s great for enjoying a drink in the evening or coffee in the morning. The only thing that would have been better- that patios have ornamental iron fences that separate them, so no privacy.

size of room and layout

the sheets are washed in high amounts of bleach, my skin is very sensitive to those sheets, i spent the night itching until my skin bled, so never was able to sleep.

Stylish and welcoming ambiance. Staff interactions were exceptional--informative, personable. Room was clean and felt spacious and special. Mattress, sheets, pillows, dark curtains made for fantastic night's sleep. Loved the collegiate photo theme. Hot tub under the stars was a treat. Regret not going to restaurant at top (have heard food is fantastic), but had eaten before we arrived. Morning walk on campus was enjoyable. Free coffee was nice. Is hotel breakfast in the works? Positive memories made the extra price compared to other hotels in the area well worth it. Were just passing through--will stay longer next time!

very functional, very new (open in June 2020) and clean. good facilities. very good restaurant on rooftop. excellent personnel - friendly and helpful

the pool on the parking lot is not so great (trees are yet to grow to make it nicer) breakfast could be more sophisticated in terms of offering location is central but facing college parking lot

This was the kind of hotel that a guy knows he’s gonna make the only hotel he books when he comes to town. It’s just that good.

While it was raining there was a very loud tapping that went on for an hour or so coming from the door of the balcony. It was inconvenient at the time but far from a significant issue and certainly not one I felt I needed to bother staff with. Only issue I had and it was minor.
