The bed was clean and comfortable. The room overall looks maintained and well cared for. I loved being able to park right outside my room. The pool looked amazing, but I was so tired that I slept during my whole visit. I felt safe on the property.

Breakfast could use a little refresh. The family in front of me was about to whip out all the burritos but then gave me one. Maybe more fruit to grab and good. And always real coffee creamer, thankful for the splash of milk in my coffee.

All the staff was amazing! They were so accommodating. We had broke down on our trip and didn't make it to the hotel until around 8:30am and the front desk did an amazing job at making sure we got into a room and was able to get much needed rest from such a long night! I thank them for accommodating us when I know they didn't have to!

Breakfast could have been better, They could do a little better cleaning, And had two controllers for T.V, it was confusing.

I liked the staff. They were amazing and handled everything great. The maintenance man was wonderful. I kept losing my key and he would go out of his way to make sure I got a new one. The Manager Jenny is the best. She would speak to her customers like friends and treat them as family and not like another dollar sign. So I would Strongly recommend Black Canyon Hotel to any one!

Good television, comfortable bed, \there 4 days and after the 2nd night new towels were replaced and trash cans emptied. Good microwave and refrigerator that worked well. Convenient location and the man manager was responsible for any needs and available. Not that I needed anything while there.

Only thing was that the heat and A.C control was well out of reach and on the unit itself way up on the wall. But once thermostat was set, worked fine.

I really enjoyed the friendly people who work there both night and day

I’m usually in room 121 or 122 something right next to the office was different but I usually love to have a bath and that was a shower, but I still like the room

Spacious double queen room, bed was very comfortable! Room was clean, had a table with two chairs (yeah!). Fridge with freezer section froze water, was cold and quiet. Separate shower/toilet from sink and counter; lots of hot water. Surprisingly quiet a it is on the hghway! Toast and yoghurt for breakfast. Turned AV off to sleep. We would stay again.

We liked just everything, it was very very clean, everything worked just fine, super comfy, quiet, good location, very good breakfast and the staff was unbelievable nice, we felt very welcomed. One of the best motels on our 3 months roadtrip.

There is just nothing not to like there, even if we paied 15$ more than our 60$ budget allows us, but it was worth it :)

Not much. It’s just like any other place

I thought the reception guy was surely and unwelcoming. The breakfast was to be served at 7:00 am. I got there at that time and the door was not even opened. A few minutes later a women and a boy came to open the door, and it took them 15 minutes to get food out. But no coffee. Terrible service.

I’ve stayed here a few times when visiting the park and it is always a great value. Super clean, quiet, very nice staff, and they have updated the rooms since the last time I stayed there. Highly recommend!

Front desk clerk allowed us to change from the room we booked in order to better accommodate my grandson’s recent broken leg. We had clothing that was soaked from rain and snow. The area laundromats were closed after hours, so I was grateful she threw our wet clothing in the motel dryer. Appreciated that!
