The day shift manage lr was great. She was pleasant, very helpful and professional. Even beyond that she was always working on the property but would stop to answer my questions with a smile and no impatience whatsoever... what a gift since so many no longer seem to care. The facility, while older is maintained well - and is clean. Again charged extra for dog - but not given the worst room in the house... at least if it was - it was decent. No bad odors or trashed furniture like others I have visited.

Breakfast was ok. could use real eggs and better coffee. There is no elevator so must haul things up to second floor. Requested first floor room but none were available.

Small and convenient. Able to open window to the outside. Bed comfortable Shower works well Friendly people and staff

Some maintenance is required as the towel rack fell off the wall in the bathroom. Almost ran out of toilet paper as the two rolls had very little left on them. No screen in the window Upholstery on chair dirty

Receptionist really helpful & sorted out a couple of problems for us

Had some trouble getting into our room with the card key. Gave it a good wipe & it worked ok after that. Also the plug in the sink was disconnected. The receptionist came & fixed it for us.

Nice location, near food and recreation. My husband enjoyed the continental breakfast.

For a newly remodeled room, pieces in the bathroom were broken. The front desk apologized and took down the notes.

First morning choices for certain foods was limited. (We did arrive probably in the last 45 minutes). But feel variety should be same throughout declared time frame.

Bottom sheets did not have enough elastic to stay on bed. Also had to have door key had to be issued several times.

The staff was amazing. The food was great. The chicken outside the hotel was entertaining. Our window was clean.

Our bed and pillows were lumpy. The building needed a little TLC. The back door would slam, chipping paint in the bathroom.

Great location for my needs. I like the new hard flooring since I'm working and often end the day muddy.

Cleaning staff often forgets to leave replacement shampoo and coffee but there cleaning is top notch.

The room was very clean and quiet.

The breakfast was not good at all. I had a sausage and egg biscuit, but didn't get the sausage, and the egg was not done. It did not taste very good either, I couldn't finish it We had 3 people in our room, but only got 2 breakfasts at first. My daughter had to go back and they hurried up and made another. The cost of the room was much more that I thought it was worth. It was clean, but I really didn't think it was worth how much we had to pay.

Hope the front desk lady was amazing. she had the sweetest smile and was a breath of fresh air after a long day of travel. The breakfast was great and the rooms were comfy, nice and clean. will definitely be back!

It was a quiet stay . Always a good thing .

Somewhat trivial but I reserved a king bed room . I got a 2 queen room . I mean theres a reason they ask you when you reserve a room.
