We enjoyed the pool and the free breakfast! They had a great selection for everyone. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfy. The location to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP was great, just a short drive away. It also was a short drive to restaurants and shopping downtown. There is a gas station next door which came in handy.

I wished that it was walking distance to downtown.

We are a fan of Hampton Inns. The room was clean, comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff, nice hot tub and close to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. They even had laundry facilities which we took advantage of. Good breakfast selection.

Key didn’t work to one of the outside doors but I think they were getting that fixed.

The location was convenient to all parts of Montrose as well as recreational activities. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. overall, the hotel was very clean and welcoming.

Only one issue, I pre-paid my reservation but my card was charged for another night stay. I contacted the hotel and they will reverse the charge.

Initially I had a room next to the "PBX room" and there was an alarm going on all night. However the staff were friendly and changed me to a better room.

This Hampton Inn is typical of the chain...which means it's excellent. The breakfast was very good, the staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable.

The only drawback is something over which the hotel has no control. It is located on a very busy airport highway which has heavy 4-lane high-speed traffic. Driving away from the hotel could be a little hazardous if you aren't patient.

Excellent hotel, brand new renovations which make it even better: spacious room, comfortable bed, strong shower and very silent, you don’t hear anything from the road or other rooms. Quality of the breakfast also very good with fresh ingredients. Friendly and welcoming staff.

due to a flight cancellation I had to book quickly online and used booking.com. BC of that they would not take my Hilton Honors membership. That is Ridiculous

The housekeeping staff, front office staff and breakfast staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciate the cleanliness and pride everyone seems to take in providing a good experience. We will come again when in the area. Thank you!

The breakfast was very nice and I loved that you had a decaf tea option available. The room was clean and well kept and the extras we asked for were in the room.
