The room was clean, neat, and thoughtfully prepared. There was a window unit for A/C and it worked better than all of the other places I stayed on my trip. Breakfast far exceeded my expectations; I was served a frittata, apple crisp, fresh peaches, bacon, coffee and orange juice.

The lighting in the hall was hard to find at night, and a nightlight would have been helpful.

We had a great time staying at this bed and breakfast. It's along the fruit and wine byway and a short trip to downtown/Main St. Julie welcomed us at the door and our room was great; a queen sized bed with private bathroom/bath (shower across hall if you prefer that). We enjoyed the backyard after biking around downtown which is quiet and beautiful. Julie made us a phenomenal breakfast (!!) and was great to accommodate me as gluten free. Her cooking was truly the highlight! A very welcoming and quaint spot in Palisade.

We loved this B&B breakfast was amazing!!!! Fresh eggs from her 8 chicken residents! So much food we couldn't finish everything. Room was so unique. spiral staircae took us to the most comfy beds!!! Private bath was roomy, clean, well stocked with essentials and towels were fluffy! The grounds were well manicured and had shaded sitting areas that were delightful in the evening with a glass of wine. Julie had loads of info on the area and was a delight. We will be going back in the fall!

Breakfast was amazing, the location was good- right in the middle of peach tree orchards. Julie, the owner, was super attentive and so friendly! Her back garden was amazing too- loved the chickens and watching the hummingbirds.

The AC in our room was a little bit noisy, so definately need earplugs or something to sleep. Also the downstairs bathroom didn't have a fan. There was a window, but we didn't open it because we didn't want to let bugs in during the evening.

Julie and Bob were wonderful hosts. The house & our room were lovely, inviting & comfortable. Outside was beautiful with numerous areas to relax and enjoy the view of flowers, hummingbirds and so much more. Breakfast was terrific. No one goes away hungry! Highly recommend this delightful B&B!

The host Julie was great. She was there to greet us when we arrived and cooks an incredible breakfast every morning. You need to enjoy the back yard and the patio in the back. Nicely setup with lots of humming birds. The rooms are nicely decorated. The house is on the wine tour routed. I would definitely recommend staying at this place if you're in Palisades, CO.

The breakfast was amazing; a well balanced meal with dietary options if requested. The table was neatly set and breakfast was served promptly at the host’s directed time.

I personally would have liked more water in the mini fridge in our room.

Breakfasts are delicious here. The room and bathroom was very clean. Very comfortable living area, and amazing grounds with incredible views.

The television was antiquated, but not really needed. It was sort of a cute relic in the room. The Internet speed was good... most of the time. Remember, this is a small town with small town services.

Julie and Bob were warm and welcoming. They have created a truly great B & B, from the breakfasts they serve to the rooms and the grounds. A treat place to stay and relax.
