We picked this hotel because of the location and amenities (free breakfast, allowed pets, larger suite). The room was recently upgraded and the mountain views were a nice perk!

Although it didn't affect us much, the front entrance/lobby area were under construction so there is a temporary front desk set up in the breakfast area. The construction area included one of the two elevators so there were times when a short wait was required to get back up to our room. Not a big thing to us because we understand the upgrades to the entrance/lobby were necessary.

The suites here are very comfortable. The room is divided into three sections -- kitchen (sink, microwave, refrigerator), a sitting area (couch, table, office chair and foot stool) and bedroom (king sized bed with end tables). Breakfasts are exceptional (eggs, meat, breakfast sandwich or omelet, cereal, pastries, waffles, fruit, ...), and they vary the menu from day to day. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. The inn backs up to a walking/bicycling trail, which is very nice. Everything was clean, inside and out. The mountain-view rooms are great when there's a nice sunset.

The tv is on the wall at the doorway between the bedroom and the sitting room. You can watch sitting up in bed, or seated in the office chair in the sitting room. I think the end of the couch would seem too far away. A second office chair would allow two people to sit and watch in comfort, rather than one having to sit on the bed or the foot stool. There is a $12/night parking fee added onto the room rate, which surprised me. It's just a parking lot, not a garage or anything.

What's not to like? The staff were amazing , helpful and friendly. The view was spectacular. We loved the hiking trail behind the hotel. This was my 2nd stay here and I will stay here again if I get back there.

The only down thing was the thermostat was not working properly, but it was fine while we slept. We were off on our family adventures so that was not really a concern and the mini fridges didn't seems to keep things as cd as maybe they could or should.

We had our granddaughter with us who is 14 and the room was small and had no microwave to warm up food we bought downstairs.

Enjoyed our visit at this Hotel. Breakfast was GREAT! We will use this location again.

We were on the 6th floor and could hear some type of banging at night?

The amount of beds in one room was great! Normally our large family has to split between 2 rooms but this allowed us all to stay together.

Breakfast was sad. The options were 1 kind of yogurt, oatmeal with no toppings (nuts, dried fruit, cinnamon, sugar, etc.) or milk to have with it, eggs and sausage links, 1 kind of muffin, 2 kinds of fruit (but did not look appetizing, and orange juice. The coffee bar was breakfasts only redeeming quality.

It was clean and well kept. All staff, very friendly, GREAT customer services.

The breakfast was okay. When they had the eggs and sausage it was good. The pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches were good. The bean and cheese burritos were not very good. The tortilla shells were hard and over cooked.The other options were okay and the juices were good.

the breakfast could have been better. The coffee is always good! The apples looked a bit old and not very flavorful.

Clean rooms and bathroom, friendly and accommodating staff in a good location for purpose of travel. The first room had a broken air conditioner and was easily and quickly changed to a new identical room.

Utilities that weren’t working.

Only had cold stuff and pre made waffles. Tons of people and no places to sit.

Breakfast. Had the AC since we arrived and still was hot.
