My family and I agreed that this was by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at as far as value and friendliness. Rod at the front desk was the nicest person and so helpful. “Kick back” dinner buffet and complimentary drinks were unexpected and not bad. Breakfast buffet was better than others we’ve had. All the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. I appreciated the shower soaps in the dispensers as opposed to little bottles. So much more environmentally friendly! First time at a Drury Hotel, but I will definitely make a point of booking there over other places if given the chance!

Nothing, everything is as great!

The cleaning lady, Rosa, was so nice. Everyone was very pleasant. Breakfast and dinner was provided and the food was great. Everything was so clean and the shower was great. Pillows sucked but that's almost every hotel. My son loved the indoor/ outdoor pool. We'd definitely stay again.

Pillows sucked. Never got garbage can liners. We had to wait for our room to be ready so we left and came back.

The hotel had amazing location, not far from a lot of great hiking! The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The property connects to a walking trail, which is great for any guests bringing their dog! The staff was very welcoming to my German Shepherd puppy, and I greatly appreciate that!

Not much to say here. Perhaps the showers could have a little higher water pressure. Other than that, no complaints!

This is the best hotel chain I’ve ever been to. Besides a beautiful large clean comfortable room, you also get a huge spread for breakfast, free popcorn, free dinner time snacks and 3 free alcoholic beverages during that time. What more could you ask for? The property was clean. The pools looked nice and clean even though we didn’t use them. The location was close to anything and everything you could possibly want. Looked like a very nice area.

The only thing that would’ve been nice to have was guest laundry facilities. But we didn’t dislike anything.

Front desk service! the gentleman 's name was Adam, he was very professional. He was by himself, I was third in line and after me there was six people behind me waiting to check in. He moved the line very promptly! Excellent service!! the room was clean, the pool was great, the breakfast was fantastic!! Overall EXCELLENT STAY!!

Would of liked to have stayed there another night

We asked for rooms close but we arrived early and the rooms weren't ready yet. Chris at the front desk was incredibly helpful and found rooms on the same floor just a few doors away from each other. The rooms were great!! Bo was such a ray of sunshine and greeted us at breakfast each day. Breakfast was good. Evening meal was good and such an added bonus! We will be staying with Drury on future visits.

Not much. Only thing I can think of is that the jets on the hot tub weren't working but things like that can't be helped.

We were on our way from Denver to Boulder/RMNP and chose to stop at Westminster for one night. Staying with this Drury hotel is a such pleasant experience. Staff are super nice. Room is clean. The hotel provides complimentary dinner/drink and breakfast, hot and well-cooked, that exceeded our expectation. I like to try Drury hotel again in my next trip.

I came for a short "Staycation" ... just needed a few days of peace and quiet and rest and relaxation. I wasn't interested in going out on the town but it was nice to have so many options super close by. Made ordering in SUPER easy.

I wish there were additional elevators at each end of the building ESPECIALLY since one of the two main elevators was not working during my five night stay. I didn't plan to use many of the other facilities so I can't comment on those but the pool sounded like fun and the options for breakfast and the evening meal seemed pretty fantastic!

The staff was top-notch - very friendly and helpful. The free early evening "snack" was a big surprise, with lots of options served every day from 5:30-7, enough for dinner for the whole family. Breakfast was hot and tasty, and the inside/outside split pool was a fun novelty for the kids. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We'll definitely stay here again.

The price was a bit expensive, but considering the evening meal and hearty breakfast, it was worth the extra cost.

The construction people were complaining about was 99% finished and the facility looks updated & clean. Rooms were spacious and priced very well. Breakfast wast generous and staff very friendly. This was our first time at a Drury hotel and we would stay again.
