Room and bathroom were beautiful and huge. You can easily walk to 3 different spots to get breakfast. Quiet at night. The parking is not really a problem anymore.
Room cleaning is my real issue here: it's 2023 and any hotel in this price range that asks the guests to stop by at the reception to ask for housekeeping services is just trying to cut costs is the worst way. If it's for the environment (even making the bed?) then let's start with the A/C, it's always freezing in the room. Water pressure was very good but it took a while to get hot water (in July, 4th floor) and the mini fridge had a bad smell.

This is such a fun, well-maintained, well-staffed hotel to stay at! The second you walk into the lobby, you can tell how clean and stylish everything is. They have a hanging light fixture from the ceiling that utilizes old movie reels, and there's a bright red telephone booth on display to tie them to their UK location. The floors are clean, the air smells fresh, and it is just such an inviting space! This extends to the service at the front desk 100%. My interactions with the night auditor, as well as the 2 desk agents the following morning, were very pleasant and efficient. You can tell the staff here are all well-trained professionals, but not to the point of being robotic and stiff. All 3 individuals I interacted with were so sweet and pleasant, and immensely helpful in offering dining suggestions in the surrounding area. Checking in and out and getting information on parking were all a total breeze! My husband and I booked one of the king rooms with a mountain view, and gosh, it had to be one of the most stylish hotel rooms we've ever stayed in. The entire room is so, so spacious, including our bathroom. (I know details like this matter to some folks, so I'll drop here this particular room was a really huge and clean standing shower, no attached tub). I've also seen other reviews mention the sinks? They're like, flat shaped, sure, but we had no problems with ours draining at all. But the room itself, so cool! The ceilings are tall, high-vaulted ceilings and our window was a full wall-length one that did offer incredible views of the distant mountains...over a suburban area, sure, but nice all the same lol. I love that the room has dark wood floors instead of the usual carpet, it's really sharp. They also included a very bright and colorful Keurig machine and mini fridge, and the TV was a great size and positioned right in front of the bed where it should be. What is up with those hotels that place them at a side angle, you know?
My one complaint about the room, and I didn't dock anything from the overall score because this might have been on me not knowing how to turn it off, is that the lights for the main room are motion activated. So imagine how fun it was to get up for the restroom at like 3 AM and get blinded by the lights- Not just me, but my husband who had been dead asleep. Again, there miiiight have been a way to turn this off from the switch but I was too tired and blind to really check at the time, and had forgotten by the morning.

Still has the feel of a brand new property- all clean and shiny. Plenty of parking (though parking right close to the hotel is a bit limited). The bookstore in the same building is excellent. Microwave brought to the room on request. Very friendly staff. The mountain views are awesome.
The beds are quite hard and the pillows are very soft. The bathroom sinks are totally impractical - someone definitely chose Form over function. For the two elevators, one stops at the ‘M’ floor and one doesn’t- some signage around that on each floor would reduce confusion.

Location is great, amazing, kind professional staff, Clean! Welcoming environment! We stayed there during my daughters move in week for CU. Great location. It was perfect for us as we rented a car and it was just a short 17min to the university. We loved the library inside the hotel where you can get delicious coffee and lavender latte. You are just steps to Alamo Drafthouse Cinema! Will definitely stay there again!
Everything was great!

The room was spacious and clean.
The service at the restaurant was slow and our waitress appeared annoyed. We sat at the table for an extended time before we were acknowledged, and it took even longer to get our breakfast. I had to ask for a coffee refill and our check which didn't sit well with her. This was Saturday morning around 9 a.m., and our waitress had dark hair and was wearing glasses. Another waitress was more attentive to her customers than the one we had. I was not going to tip her, but my husband insisted we should, but I will never patronize the restaurant in the future.

I was able to connect up to my Netflix account on the in-room TV.
The hotel being relatively new, ended up with some wonky GPS directions. The sink design kept it from draining well. Would have been nice to have Amazon Prime access, too, or maybe the ability to cast from my smartphone to the room TV. An in-room microwave might have been nice.

The location was great and everything was very clean and new, tastefully appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby opens to a wonderful bookstore/coffee shop/bar that really enhanced the stay.
The first night I stayed there, the AC was not working and I thought it was user error. The next evening, it was still not working. After a call to the front desk, it was quickly fixed by resetting a breaker, but it would have been better if there was a way they detected such issues without requiring a call.

the staff was very friendly! A member of the housekeeping staff waiting on the elevator to arrive asked me if there was anything that could be done to make my experience better. I know this is a simple thing but I’ve never had this happen anywhere; most of the time, back-of-the-house staff would wait in silence.
The bathroom in the room was very nice and modern, not to mention quite large. The shower had excellent water pressure and terrific water volume. My room, with a single King bed, was very large and comfortable. The window treatments were able to achieve TOTAL BLACKOUT. This is not very common.

Honestly loved this hotel! It was a great price and definitely nicer than most of the hotels around the same price point. I loved the wooden floors because I know sometimes the carpet isn't always clean in other hotels and it helped with keeping the room cool. The bed was a 7/10 in terms of comfortability, but the bathroom was awesome and the shampoo/conditioner they supply was great quality. The location was also great. Very quiet and safe. They have free parking- 2 lots in the back with tons of space. Overall I would definitely stay here again.
The only con was that the wifi wasnt the best. The TV comes with Netflix (you have to use your own account), but it was very laggy. It kept making me sign onto my account every time I would turn on the TV, which normally isnt a bad thing for security purposes but the response from the remote to TV was so slow.

Nice bookstore and coffee/wine bar. Our room was great sized and had lots of space. Each room of the bunk room suite had high ceilings with ceiling fans. There is an onsite restaurant and a few additional food options within a short walk from the hotel. All staff members we interacted with were great to deal with. This hotel jumped to the top of our list of favorite hotels when visiting the greater Denver area.
The beds were a little firm.
