Check in and out was seamless. Daytime front desk ladies were excellent. Pleasant personalities. Bed was comfortable. Very clean

The staff member at front desk during the night appeared to not like his job. I said a cheery hello to him as I passed by. He barely grunted a reply (without even looking up to acknowledge my presence, ) Walls are extremely thin (not the hotel's fault) but for at least 2 hours, my children and I were subject to a loud tv, consistent headboard banging and a female screaming (clearly, there was fun next door) but again, it's not the hotel's fault,

Everything was exceptional breakfast and staff were wonderful, just my bed was too hard I suffer from back problems so it was really bad just the bed no comfort to hard but Everything else perfect room spacious bathroom spacious as well thank you for a great stay ..sorry about the comment about the bed though.

The bed to hard , like I send I suffer from.back problem I woke up in so much pain 😩 to much uncountable ,aging sorry but everything else was great.

Good location and Wi Fi connection. Nice and spacious room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, free bottles of water. The little microwave was very useful for my husband to make his "delicious" hot water :-). Breakfast was really good, plenty of selection, especially the western egg omelette with bacon and roasted potatoes. We also appreciated the little travel snack bag, very thoughtful for one-nighter travelers.

The shower only works for seniors sitting on bench, we could not get the top shower to work. Not a problem for us.

The bed, room and breakfast were all great, I also liked the on tap coffee and hot water in reception and other snacks that were available from time to time.

The coffee/tea making facilities in the room were very poor and I would have liked a traditional kettle so that I could have made a proper cup of tea. The warm water in reception was not hot enough to make tea. The wifi was also a bit slow.

Close to the Founders Bridge which takes you across the Connecticut River. Breakfast was delicious. Swimming pool was crowded but an excellent temperature. Bed was really comfortable!

First room given was on the bottom floor across from the pool and a big party. No information for us about pool hours, breakfast hours or any details needed for our check in... charged card with extra amount but could not hear why, no welcome coffee or cookies or smiles.

Cleanest and most comfortable bed, no hairs on the bed. The layout of the rooms are awesome, and I like the building. The breakfast is great.

Some of the people at the front desk could be friendlier. Stop letting pets stay there, the desk chair had a lot of pet hair on it. The toilets could be better. If not for these things, I'd give a 10.

Breakfast at this hotel was consistently prepared and good. It included hot oatmeal (my favorite) and a two types of waffle batter each day, which my daughter looked forward to each day. There were also 2 waffle iron (mini & standard). There was fresh fruit, herbal teas, muffins, hot bar, etc. We were there 4 days and only skipped one day of breakfast bc we needed to get out early. Saved me a bunch of money too!

We disliked very little here. We are used to more walkable locations to eateries. It was not far to downtown but it was not as close. We ended up using the car more than we should. This is a minor in our book and we stay in quite a few places.

The room was nice, all facilities were good! The breakfast was surprisingly decent, even my gluten intolerant wife made do with the eggs and some fruit. Gmaps shows it like a longer walk into town, but... It's really a short walk across the bridge, very easy! That makes the location really good and central!

Monosyllabic communication in messages via booking.com, but actual experience in the hotel with the staff was fine!

The staff was excellent. The hotel very clean. They provided water for the guest thought out the day. Also, they provided snacks for the guest. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

The choices offered for breakfast was good. The overall cleanliness of the rooms/property. I had an issue and someone was sent to resolve it in a reasonable time.

It would have been convenient if the hotel had a restaurant.
