I’ve stayed here many times and the rooms are very spacious as well as the bathrooms just like at home. I also enjoyed the fact that they always have body lotion and conditioner. Wall mounted to the wall, which is very handy and convenient.

Again, I have frequented this place many times and the staff in my opinion wasn’t the friendliest they were but I think they could’ve been more accommodating to me since I travel there so much not being able to give me a second night was really appalling

Check in and out was seamless. Daytime front desk ladies were excellent. Pleasant personalities. Bed was comfortable. Very clean

The staff member at front desk during the night appeared to not like his job. I said a cheery hello to him as I passed by. He barely grunted a reply (without even looking up to acknowledge my presence, ) Walls are extremely thin (not the hotel's fault) but for at least 2 hours, my children and I were subject to a loud tv, consistent headboard banging and a female screaming (clearly, there was fun next door) but again, it's not the hotel's fault,

I liked the home type feeling of the room. Mine was comfortable and reasonable, not fancy and showy. It included the items I needed and used. I enjoyed the variety of the breakfast items and the self serve approach.

The heating/cooling system was a little noisy and inconsistent, meaning the air temperature was either too cool ot too warm.

The staff were friendly and the inn was clean. Room was very neat and clean. Loved all the attention to detail. Especially liked all the feminine products that were available in the public restroom. Really showed it has all guests in mind. The free breakfast in the morning was excellent. It had a little of something for everyone

We did arrive late in the night but noticed the water in the pool was very murky.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Free water bottles, coffee, tea, snacks, and cookies at the front desk was a really nice touch. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options. Exercise room was nice with good equipment, especially the Peloton bike. Pool was very warm and great for the kids. Close to downtown with free parking. Price was great value.

Pool was cloudy indicating something was off with the ph levels.

Everything was exceptional breakfast and staff were wonderful, just my bed was too hard I suffer from back problems so it was really bad just the bed no comfort to hard but Everything else perfect room spacious bathroom spacious as well thank you for a great stay ..sorry about the comment about the bed though.

The bed to hard , like I send I suffer from.back problem I woke up in so much pain 😩 to much uncountable ,aging sorry but everything else was great.

Good location and Wi Fi connection. Nice and spacious room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, free bottles of water. The little microwave was very useful for my husband to make his "delicious" hot water :-). Breakfast was really good, plenty of selection, especially the western egg omelette with bacon and roasted potatoes. We also appreciated the little travel snack bag, very thoughtful for one-nighter travelers.

The shower only works for seniors sitting on bench, we could not get the top shower to work. Not a problem for us.

I liked that the hotel was clean, breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly, both the front desk and the housekeeping staff. I liked that it was close to the University of Hartford, which was where we were going.

It takes a long time for the hot water to get hot!

My one-day room reservation specified a fifth-floor room overlooking the parking lot. Upon arrival, while the greeting was welcoming, the assigned room did not meet this request. However, staff promptly rectified the situation, demonstrating exceptional customer service.

The bed, room and breakfast were all great, I also liked the on tap coffee and hot water in reception and other snacks that were available from time to time.

The coffee/tea making facilities in the room were very poor and I would have liked a traditional kettle so that I could have made a proper cup of tea. The warm water in reception was not hot enough to make tea. The wifi was also a bit slow.
