Even though we didn’t have time to use, we liked that there was a pool and basketball court. Area around the hotel is quiet and great to have things, like restaurants, stores, gas stations nearby. Front desk personnel were responsive to my needs and pleasant. Like the kitchenette. Beds were comfy and room was great for a family of 6. Complimentary breakfast was great!

The bathroom definitely needs to be updated a bit. shower curtain is to short so water spills out during showers if not paid attention to. Tub faucet control was working but pieces were broken, rusted tub. Lighting is not the greatest as well in the shower/toilet room. No ventilation. So just the bathroom was my main pet-peeve and also the carpet. Normally I don’t feel comfortable walking barefoot in hotel rooms because people walking in with dirty shoes grosses me out. The couple times that I did walk barefoot - it felt bad. Sticky in one spot. But again this is not my home and that is why I brought a pair of flip flops to wear in the room.

Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Staff was endearing and consciously good host, including texted check ins. Room was sizable, good value. The kitchen appliances were above and beyond - we literally could've lived there for a week.

Showers could be more extensive. We had some visible gunk in the corner of ours, and it's a very basic set up. Adding an HDMI cable to the TV would be ideal. Everything beyond that was perfect.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice.

The room had a funk/smoke type scent upon entering. The carpets seemed like they needed to be shampooed because when I was walking barefoot I noticed my feet got dirty. I just walked with socks after that. For the price of the room I was expecting a little more of a zen ambiance. I also had issues with the door opening up by just a push or pull as it wasn’t latching. Someone came right away to work on it but I was a little scared walking into the room initially as the door was already pushed open when I came to it.

Staff didn’t understand how I was paying even after explaining. My card was charged when I told them I wanted to pay cash. And I was charged $238.00 for one nights stay. Normally the rooms are half that amount

Don’t like styrofoam bowls, plates, etc and plastic utensils. Terrible. Please use compostable products or better yet, offer more washable plates, bowls.

Clean, easy to get around, decent breakfast, spacious rooms and full kitchen

Pool was a bit small and would have been nice to have some pool toys

The full kitchen was exceptional. Having a separate bedroom was awesome. It was like an apartment. Location of the hotel is great with many stores and restaurants and a grocery very close by.

Elevator was slow.

would suggest getting slotted doors for the ice rooms. excessive heat that will overheat equipment and makes them work twice as hard to keep ice cool. will save you $$

We love the hot tub and the shower. The water temperature was perfect!! The room was clean and very organized.

The bed could of been better. We felt that the mattress was a hard.

Room was very comfortable and offered a lot of space. Close to restaurants.

Trouble with key working, two times, but the front desk clerk seemed to be genuinely trying.
