Suites are large space to really get comfortable
Stains (white) all over the furniture and bedroom. Had to throw extra sheets over them to really get comfortable. Also our fridge (top) was used as an ash tray before our arrival.

Loved the room accommodation - perfect for a family with plenty of space to move around
Honestly, not a lot, it was a great experience. Maybe a 1/2 bath in the room or relocation of the bath out of the bedroom, but that's obviously not easy to address :)

Good breakfast, given COVID situation. The loft room was incredibly spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped.
Parking seemed a little overpriced and the underground parking garage seemed exceptionally dirty.

This is very likely the most impressive hotel I have ever stayed in. Our room, a 2 bedroom Suite, is gorgeous. We are a family of five with young children, and we are very comfortable in and out of this very unique hotel. The hotel is as secure as it is clean, and the people are all great here. Not just the staff, who are top notch btw, but also all of the other guests are polite and respectful. That is something that is hard to come by at many of the hotels we've stayed at.....for the guests to all seem to be great people. Usually hotel staff are polite, because they likely would lose their job if they weren't, right? But.....to have all of the guests seem happy, polite, and generally in a great mood, it's a testament to the hotel, it's staff, and their genuine commitment to making this place special.
We don't like that we eventually have to go home. Lol

Everything was great, we had an issue with the bathroom that was addressed pretty quick, the room was awesome, parking was tricky, just need it to know that is in the back of the property
