We were pleasantly surprised of the size of the suite. We will be staying there whenever we travel to Connecticut.

The only thing I didn't like is I saw a roach walking across the ceiling and the cigarette burns in the bathroom. Overall it was a great place.

Super clean and comfortable. Asked for an extra blanket and it was immediately brought to our room. We didn’t ask for kitchen supplies but the list of what was available was extensive. The lighting was also very good. Very nice. We would go back.

The furniture was comfortable but a little worn. Not going to stop us from returning! We liked our king suite.

It’s very convenient close to highway and restaurants Comfortable bed, nice hot shower. Super friendly staff. I had lost an earring , called them and they called me back when they found it!

The air conditioning is a bit noisy, we had to turn it off.

The place was fine in many ways. Everything inside the room worked, it was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The location was quiet and convenient to the highway.

It was very basic, there was no oven, which is a very odd thing for an extended-stay place to lack, and the furniture apart from the bed wasn't especially comfortable. There should also have been a sign in each room explaining that you had to go and get kitchen equipment, plates and utensils from the front desk. (I was only staying the one night, so it didn't particularly bother me, but I only learned that fact after the stay.) And the door would not quite shut far enough to bolt, though the swinging security latch worked and I figured would be enough to keep me safe. The breakfast was minimal, though it seems like that's a universal phenomenon during COVID.

The young lady in the front desk was very very professional very nice ! OnAug 27 2021 when she checked us in she made us feel welcome..she very professional I which I had her name why? Bc of all the years of us traveling and staying at hotels .I have to say that I which other people take this and applied it to there job she's a perfect example for others very plesent, professional class,, friendly ,smile etc. THE YOUNG LADY I DONT KNOW HER NAME BUT I DO KNOW it WAS 4:30pm Aug 27, 2021,a Friday and the young lady worked front counter

The price of a 7 LBS shih tzu dog, 4 yrs old professionally train by a dog professional, I was charged I think over $100 dollars , when my shih tzu ,was only in the room for bed time only

it was nice our 1st time staying there we will definitly stay again especially because its a pet friendly hotel and the price wasnt to bad

there was one lady in the front who wasnt very friendly that made me and my husband not want to come back

I did not participate in breakfast. What I physically saw that was offered for breakfast was extremely light. For the price I expected more.

Price was unreasonable. For what I pId pt³3

Location was very convenient!! Close to mall, stores, gas stations and and alot of different amenities!!

Wish they had an ice machine on premise, but gas stations are near by!

We had a great stay. Coffee hot in the morning; kind people working at the front desk both days of our stay. Hotel was super clean, and quiet. The room smelled a little of smoke when we got there, but we just ran the fan and opened the window for a few as we were unpacking and it was just fine. I also dropped my ID under the bed, and they were kind enough to call me to let me know, and send it back to me. I would stay here again!
